- One of Olights best selling lights has been the Perun series. With the ability to be used as a headlamp, a right angle work light, and a vest mounted illumination source, I can see why. So may uses and an incredibly user friendly interface. Well, now they have brought out their latest iteration, the Perun 3, with a few cool new features and a redesigned headlamp strap. Did They mess up something that was already nearing perfection, or did they find the missing piece to make it perfect? Let's CHECK IT OUT!

It's the pinnacle of Olight headlamps
I have an orange and a black perun 3 and haven't bothered to open them yet.
I've had a few of perun 2 and it's just too heavy to wear on my head. I keep it stuck to my refrigerator and it's a great outside light.
I'm assuming that perun 3 will be even better.
600 to 3000 lumens is a huge gap. 1000 to 3000 would be better means you wouldn't really need turbo all that often. Plus, the holder on the headband being metal is silly. I look after my stuff but very review I have seen shows the torch is scratching up badly...
I have the Perun 2 and use it on my EMS chest pack for work with some Molle electric loops. The headlamp attachment with silicone strap stretches out VERY fast resulting in dropping and potentially breaking or losing your light. I’ll take scratches from a metal clip over losing my light all together.

Is the only way to leave it attached all the time?
I bent mine out a tiny bit, and it seemed to help some, but still saw it present.

I thought about doing the same. However, I was concerned that if I widened the holder, the fixation would loosen and the perun3 would come off and fall off during use. In the end, I purchased a headband for perun2 mini.
cool light even tho i HATE O-LIGHT products i wish they where cheaper so i could afford them
wow this light isnt over $100.00 dollars thats AMAZING even tho i still cant afford a 70.00 dollar flashlight this one is pretty cool looking and the price is pretty good for what you get lol its about time O-light
