    That's a very cool feature I didn't know about, thank you !
    Another tool of that kind that misses is some kind of general parameter/variable that could be used in any field across layers and texture sets.

  • @Finotti

    Hello. I really enjoyed the presentation; I've even been using the "anchor point" for a long time in my classes and personal projects, incredibly facilitating; saves several creation steps. However, one thing that caught my attention; was the mouse and keys display that keep appearing in the lower left corner. As I am a teacher and have been teaching at home office, it is easy for students to understand the sequence of keys (commands). I've been looking for some related apps. But, this one of you I found very interesting and practical. Can you tell me what application you use for this purpose?
    Regards,
    M. Finotti.

    gosh, I wish adobe didn't buy SP. When you install CC your PC takes a real performance hit. For just a minimal install there are 14 background tasks sucking 380mb of RAM. This is all the time, not just when you open PS or and adobe installed apps. Also, this constant back and forth to the mothership slows down your network connection. You spend all this money on fast equipment only to have it throttled by companies like logitech, autodesk, google, firefox, Microsoft, nvidia on and on. This cloud dependant software has become malware.

    in the original Photoshop, masks are still much more flexible and better, poor work with masks a lot of things you need to run across to get a normal mask

    • @Substance3D
      @Substance3D  2 роки тому +3

      I'm curious what you mean with masks being better in PS? You can't stack, mix and layer inside a mask in Photoshop, which really limits one in my experience.

    • @marcapouli7805
      @marcapouli7805 Рік тому

      @@Substance3D I haven't found a way to apply a mask only to the one below like it is possible in photoshop or even quixel mixer? Sometimes you add a mask and want to multiply only with the one below, not the whole stack. There could be also some sort of group sorting, so the one below could be a group of masks. That would be really flexible !!
