Palos Meltdown 2017 - Chicago’s Mountain Bike Race and Festival

For the 11th year, CAMBr (Chicago Area Mountain Bikers) hosts an annual mountain bike race 30 minutes from downtown Chicago in the Palos Forest Preserve.
The Meltdown is a two-day event with Saturday comprising mountain bike demos, live music, food and drink. Sunday is the main event with races for mountain bikers of all skills and ages through the twisty rolling singletrack.
