Recipe looks similar to Mexican Ceviche. You even added a very Mexican touch 7:42, some Tabasco peppers (Capsicum frutecens) from Mexico. You can use limes instead of lemons for a tangier taste. In Mexico coconut cream is sparsly used.

How can it be the BEST when it’s FROZEN and you live in a tropical Island. Russian people eat their fish frozen like the Movie my Kids love to Watch. To Be The Best Has To Be Fresh. From a Aitutaki Cook Islander
@pennreelfishing thats why it's the best! Magical ice power overnight blast FROZEN like Elsa to firm it up for cutting!Try it, you will never know the difference! Blast freeze.
Yes...they are local limes alright. The ripe ones. Maybe you are used to seeing the green ones they normally sell in the supermarkets! You can also use lemons🍋 if no limes but limes I reckon are better!
@@LifeOnTheRockNiueIsland wow that's why I asked bcos I've never seen them ripe I always see them green🌺...and they so big too🙌🏾. Oh man I wish I could taste raw fish this way with sea water & limes🌟

The real raw fish just the fish ,lemon or lime with coconut cream ,no verge no any other kind of cream or onuoni, but the one you make call ,salad raw fish .oka or raw fish is a Samoan food ,
Consuming raw fish in any form is worldwide. I don't think it belongs or originated from any one country. The real raw fish is just fish raw and nothing else, which we can also eat.
