My RSV4 can never power wheelie even in first gear does that shorter gearing help that much?

I could do power wheelies in 1st just fine with the stock gearing, just gotta give it alot of throttle quickly. The RSV4 is very front heavy, so I wont come up easily when accelerating out of a corner or something.
The short gearing really helps, not only with wheelies but in day to day riding aswell. Makes the ride below 50km/h (30 mph) alot smoother and makes the bike feel more agile all around. Losing 15 km/h on the top end doesn't bother me at all, there isn't many times when you need to go faster than 285 km/h anyway, even on the track.
Definitely worth it!
I've watched this video like 10 times lol Yeah I was looking at lowering a tooth then getting the butterfly flapper removed I hear that helps with city riding. I bet it's my tires cuz I've done full throttle in first and the front just feels light but never lifts. Thanks for getting back to me!
Can power wheelie in 2nd all day too. I do it all the time, stock gearing!

wie kannst du eigentlich länger wheelies mit aktivierter TC fahren? Misst die nicht die Umdrehungen beider Räder? Müsste doch eigentlich dann immer eingreifen oder? oder wird die TC über Drehzahl gesteuert?

Ich liebe einfach den Sound von V2 und V4, da gibt es gar nichts was auch nur im entferntesten daran kommt. ABER Frido mir ist im Video aufgefallen das du sehr viel Zeit mit deinem Körper im Gegenverkehr gesteckt hast. Vielleicht würde ich einfach mal an deiner Linienwahl arbeiten denn du hast noch viel Platz auf deiner Straßenseite dann würde ich mal eher versuchen den auszunutzen anstatt den Oberkörper in den Gegenverkehr zu strecken. Nur nen gut gemeinter Rat.

paar kleinere macken hat sie wie qualitativ schlechte schlauchschellen aber werden von ner guten werkstatt ersetzt auf garantie ansonsten in 2 jahren und 25000km nie ein problem gehabt bis auf mit werkstätten unter aprilia flagge
wenn man die Foren durchstöbert bekommt man Angst.

is halt eine mit 184 ps bei den mit 171 gabs schon des öfteren probleme aber wenn man das warmfahren beherzigt hält sie schon gut 2 bekannte fahren sie nur auf der strecke die mussten bisher nichts machen als revision nach jeder saison

Ja, nur bin ich immer noch nicht dazu gekommen, mich mit dem USB Ding zu beschäftigen. Ich kann halt aufnehmen, nur ohne Ton aus dem Mikro im Helm. Daher die Uploads hier momentan :D
wie wäre es mit der neuen gopro hero 5?
Ist halt nicht so das die Gopro verdammt teuer ist und Frido ist doch Student (glaube ich zumindest) und die haben kein Geld für sowas :D dazu ist das nur ein kleines Problem dafür muss man doch nicht gleich ne neue Gopro kaufen :D
Im Laufe der Woche sollte mein neues USB Kabel erstmal kommen, ich hoffe damit klappt es wieder. Warum das Ding auf Amazon auf einmal eine Lieferzeit von einem Monat bekommen hat, nachdem ich das Ding bestellt hab, ist mir aber noch immer ein Rätsel :D

Wie groß bist du? Ich will mir im März auch eine rsv4 holen. Bin jedoch 1.89 und bin mir nicht sicher ob das auf der Maschine passen wird :D
Razor0909 er ist 1.78 hat er mal irgendwo drunter geschrieben. Musst einfach mal Probefahren. Wenn sie dir viel zu ungemütlich ist, kannst du ja noch ne Fußrastenanlage und erhöhte Stummel verbauen.
