Kate Quinn explores the Fun and Fancy Templates using the Westalee Crosshair Tools.

The Fun and Fancy Path to Rulerwork Quilting book is a step by step guide to creating quilted designs with the Fun and Fancy Quilting templates created by Westalee Design. The book includes over 100 designs as well as ideas for how to combine the templates on patchwork blocks.

I have to say I have really enjoyed your video. I have watched Leona's video's and I never understood her teaching style. I have even bought her book for Spin-e-fex tools /rulers, and unfortunately I feel some important information left me feeling confused. I am beginner to the whole quilting thing and I wish the book was written as though the reader had no idea how to use the rulers let alone the spinners. I see a bunch of lines in the book but no real instructions on what these lines really mean. Thank you!

Does that marker you used wash out or do you have to erase it?

The purple marker is air erase and the white chalk is brush off.

ive got a problem my stitches are quite small how can i make them bigger

Slow down the speed on your machines and make sure to press the foot control all the way down. What is happening is that it is taking too many stitches in the amount of movement so we want the machine to take less stitches per your movement.
