This is true we need someone's help to do this yoga.....i too tried but i can't able lift my back....
More back body strength required. How is your Locust? Maybe for a little while, focus on back body from a prone position, locust and cobra. Esther has great videos of those, I’m sure. Play them several times, paying attention to all the instructions. When you go back to attempting Wheel Pose, spend some time in bridge pose, arms by your sides. Relax, then bridge pose with arms stretched out behind your head, backs of the arms, backs of the hands on the floor. Relax, then bridge pose as in the video, arms bent, elbows drawn towards the body, palms on the floor. Keep awareness of the lift of your pelvis and the back body muscles working to keep your bridge strong. Little by little, you will find yourself lifting higher, and one day, you will be up in a perfect Wheel... Good luck.
Thank you for the video. Do you have any tips/stretches for getting your palms down to the floor in the prep position? I can get my fingers down, but not my palms.

I don't have any trouble to get to the wheel pose, but I find it a little dificult to get back down easily

Lochan Bisne I know . That’s my problem as well. I think after watching like a million instructional visions ... my hands were to close to my head. If you listen to the instruction but then watch them .... they do different then what they are saying .
