He's absolutely correct. I find it easier to use the second method which is pushing hip forward helps me get up but my arms are still too weak so I cannot stay in the position for too long. I will keep trying and I'm sure my arms will get stronger every time I do this.

I still can’t do this pose. I just can lift my head when I use blocks and if I don’t us blocks I can just lift my head 1 cm off the floor for one second.😢 what should I do?

I find my head so heavy on my shoulders n my arms can't lift them. Also a pinch on my lower back

I cant open my chest. I cant back bend
I'm confused when he pronounces push as puss and action as accent
I still have trouble straightening my hands although I can lift my head abt 6 inches off the floor now. By now I am sure it's not a back flexibility problem. Not sure what I can do to improve.
Your shoulders are stiff and chest hasn’t opened fully.

@@ivak4802 yoga helped to a certain extent but eventually it was a series of deep tissue massages and acupuncture. To clarify, my shoulders are really tense due to years at a desk job

It's the gripping that's the problem..my hands keep slipping even on the mat
