    Thank you for explaining about pushing the legs forward. I was putting too much on my shoulders & couldn’t lift up 😃

    Thank you so much for your instruction. I’ve watched a lot of videos to learn to do this pose but I could not do it. But after watching this video, I could do it right away.

    Your tips helped me to finally get into the full chakrasana though for the hands I used 2 blocks. Thanks a ton. Can you please share tips to get bakasana too

    He's absolutely correct. I find it easier to use the second method which is pushing hip forward helps me get up but my arms are still too weak so I cannot stay in the position for too long. I will keep trying and I'm sure my arms will get stronger every time I do this.

    I still can’t do this pose. I just can lift my head when I use blocks and if I don’t us blocks I can just lift my head 1 cm off the floor for one second.😢 what should I do?

    I can't lift myself up. What do u think is the problem? Weak arms or weak shoulders? I pulled my legs forward

    I find my head so heavy on my shoulders n my arms can't lift them. Also a pinch on my lower back

    I still have trouble straightening my hands although I can lift my head abt 6 inches off the floor now. By now I am sure it's not a back flexibility problem. Not sure what I can do to improve.

      Your shoulders are stiff and chest hasn’t opened fully.

      @@ivak4802 yoga helped to a certain extent but eventually it was a series of deep tissue massages and acupuncture. To clarify, my shoulders are really tense due to years at a desk job

    It's the gripping that's the problem..my hands keep slipping even on the mat
