    Did this the way you have explained.my back was stiff and not able to walk few steps due to locked back but now I am feeling more relaxed.thank you

    Thank you for the clear, detailed explanations you provide! How long should we hold the pose? My hamstrings started to cramp, I’m guessing that’s too long? Or perhaps my form isn’t quite there yet?

      The cramping can indicate weakness in the muscles, so the bridge will help with that. That being said, if you're feeling cramping, then come out of the pose, shake out your legs and try again. Small steps at first until you build up the stamina!

    nice view of the movement and seems to make sense and sounds logical
    also feels good when doing that type of move as displayed and described
