I never have much to add to these because they’re honestly just a lovely watch, and I’m always enamored by the baking. This one was particularly special because of how highly you spoke of your mom and how much you care about her. Maybe this is more common than I think, but I personally have not been surrounded by people who had great parents. It was just very sweet to hear you speak so highly of her. Anyone would be extremely fortunate to have someone speak of them that way and care that much for them. There’s absolutely no shame in needing to use pre-made crust or anything like that. You’re still going through the process of actually making something, which is more than most people are willing to do nowadays. That’s the other thing I love about these videos. It’s so refreshing to see someone who enjoys making food. It’s becoming more of a lost art as time passes, and it’s super unfortunate. Cooking is such an intimate way to show love for someone, and it’s just a rewarding experience in general. Lovely watch as always.

Your mom actually looks pretty and does a seem like a nice person :). I wish I can do those with my mom, well a but of trauma dump but the one experience i had baking with my mum is when making a cheesecake, i was constantly crying while she kept shouting at me. Wish you both a healthy life tho :D
