    3/4 Tsp Ground Ginger
    5 Allspice
    3 Beef Bouillons
    6 Chiles Guajillo
    5 Chiles Ancho
    6 Chiles California
    1 Onion
    Vinegar
    2-3 Garlic cloves
    5 Bay Leaves
    3 Bouillons (Beef)
    Ingredients for the Salsa topping:
    Chile de arbol
    Oregan

      +onelifeonewayvid it came out delicious.. The whole family enjoyed it and my brothers asked for the recipe.. we just added more sesame seeds to match what y'all put into the pan.

    I made this recipe and it was fantastic! I noticed she had about 10 whole cloves on the plate of spices, but it was not in the list of ingredients, I added them anyway. Thanks for sharing!

    Quiero decirles que esta es la MEJOR receta que encontre en UA-cam, yo personalmente le agregre el doble de las especies y vinagre de manzana y chiles porque hize mas de 8 libras de carne. La hize en un slow-cooker, por 5 horas a fuego lento, (para la proxima pueden ser 2-3 horas a fuego mas alto) quedo riquisima! La carne se desbarata de lo suave. Tambien use chile morita en vez de chile california y aun asi estuvo deliciosa! Muchas gracias por la receta. Pienso que el ingrediente mas importante es el gengibre que da mucho sabor. :)

    I’ve made this recipe a few times. I did notice the cloves are not on the recipe listed. I was able to pause the video and counts the clavos. Lol

    I checked other recipes and videos in English and Spanish. Congrats! The best! I used this recipe! I made changes. I soaked the meat in beer and orange juice! Kept your recipe. I got comments from my family visiting us from Canada. They come for Birria they said! Made it twice! I used less heat, cooked it longer. Thanks so much! Keep up the great work!

    Would I be able to use the chunks of beef labeled as “beef stew” at the butchers? Are you sure we only need 8lbs for 30 people? Or did you mean “30 servings” because my folks son tragones? 😂

    If you slightly freeze the meat it will cut super easy...i don't know if will affect the taste much. I have see some asian cooks do this for their meats. It takes alot of work out of the prep. Awesome Video! liked!

    Sorry quick question, on the screen that shows the measurements for tbs and tsp on all of the spices she’s using, are they all Teaspoons? “Tsp”

    Just finished preparing the meat with all the ingredients for tomorrow for the 3 of us my baby girl husband and I. I'm Central American so making different types of food is my passion.
