Hello, is it better to blowtorch the sugar when about to be served
or
can blowtorch then keep it again to the fridge?
I’d recommend you to blowtorch them before serving, hope it helps 😊

Why when i bake the creme brûlée cheesecake after when i need to use then it gets lose like if does not cook right may i doing something wrong?please help me

Thanks Betty! About the grill, I read that some people do it with the normal creme brulee (not cheesecake) and I personally haven't tried it so I can't really say. Sorry!
