It’s called ‘tamako love story’ it’s a movie and i think also an OVA of ‘tamako market’ the anime. Although I don’t recall any romance in the anime, you should watch it to understand some things in the movie.

But I do like imagining things I want instead, it's like my way of coping when something goes horribly wrong and I have a panick attack or just having crisis about my boring life, I go to my head where I can be peaceful and imagine a better scenario. But I can't stay there for too long or it will become slowly chaotic... I can't explain anymore. So umm lol I'm gonna just stop it there.

I did it at school too and I didn't listen the teacher it was soo nice. I'm just looking at one place and in my head is something like another better life than my real life. I know what you mean. ☺️💖
