It’s called ‘tamako love story’ it’s a movie and i think also an OVA of ‘tamako market’ the anime. Although I don’t recall any romance in the anime, you should watch it to understand some things in the movie.

Kyoto animation have their unique and impressive representation of environment and emotions, whenever i watch any of their works ,after sometime i got inexpressable flashbacks and emotions.. something like i lived their lives or whatever i cant express! ❤️^^ Specially i will reccommend to watch hyouka and violet evergarden..
