no one realises how hard it is to sing any janes addiction song, especially to hit those high notes perry is famous for.. fuckin what a band... stephen, eric, perry and dave cannot be replicated, even a fill in guitar player would change the vibe too much, this is what makes janes addiction so great, each member bringing there own vibes and styles to the music, such a crazy insanely perfect band when its the 4 of them.

That riff Dave does around the 1:20 to 1:37 is so Floyd sounding. Crazy you can really tell his influences. Saw them on Palooza tour after this album came out. Great show.

The engineering on the vocal for the first third of this track is not great, it really picks up in the second half. Man they are playing this fast, at least 10bpm faster than the recorded version. They are TIGHT.
How lucky he was to pluck Dave and Stephen at such a young age where he could manipulate them into taking less of a cut in the early years without them and Eric who knows if he would b who he is today
