Awesome video. Please don't respond to rude people. They don't deserve your comments. You are better than that and children are wonderful. We all were a child at one time.

Sorry people are being so mean with their comments about your children, I myself have a 3 yr old son. I am blessed enough to be home during the day with him so he doesn't have to go to daycare and then I work at night when daddy comes home. So I am like you have to do the soaping when I can which is during the day with my little one around…Keep up the good work…Your kids will appreciate it so much when they are older. Beautiful soap by the way..From one soaper to another keep being amazing…:)

Great video. Right now I use boxes but it can get expensive and they only fit the smaller soaps so I'm looking for an alternative for the larger soaps. Was only using a cigar band and no shrink wrap. Nasty when people keep sticking their noses all over the soap to smell. This would be a good option and I like that the ends are open. You are so generous to share your ideas. Also love that the kids are there with you. Being a mom is such a blessing and the time for them being small goes by so fast. If you enjoy them around you, then all the better. They will have some fond memories I'm sure. Those who don't understand probably are not moms or don't like children. A home business is exactly what it is, done in the home. Keep doing your videos, they are very enjoyable and educational.

Great video, I am about to start making soap and wondered about packaging. You showed and explain it all so well. I notice a lady commented about shrink wrapping CP soap - I presume you have looked into this and it isn't a problem. As for your children being around during the video, that cute little voice melted my heart :-) Thanks for taking the time to make this video, you are very generous. xx

I never get tired of watching your videos and I like to listen to your children in the back, I find it interesting that they like to be with you while you're working, It makes me remember my sons when they were kids, except that the oldest one couldn't be still more then 5 min. While the other one could spend an hour playing with his toys! 😀😀

Hello I have just recently subscribe to this channel. I wish there had been something like this out there for me when I was Raising four children alone as a single mother. I know kids can get on your nerves sometime and I don't mind seeing the kids in the video or hearing them. But what saddened me was when I heard you tell your child to shut up. That just came off so wrong. I'll stick around for a while and if I keep hearing you tell your children to shut up I'm afraid I would have to unsubscribe. But when however many people are subscribed to your Channel also hear you try to tell your child to shut up it makes me wonder what they think. And I'm sure people are going to leave their opinion. It come on. I grew up being told to shut up all the time. Then when it came down to the critical things that should have been spoken about but, they just never managed to get brought up because we were told to shut up. please don't tell your children to shut up and then to do it on UA-cam what's however many subscribers you have listening to it. I can't imagine at a later time when your child is older and they get to watch their mother on UA-cam telling him to shut up. I don't know I guess once I knew what it done to me growing up, I wouldn't want to do it to my kids for my grandkids. And I would never allow anybody to tell them to shut up there's more appropriate ways I've talking to a child then to talk to them as if you are an angry child, reacting to them misbehaving. Take care and God bless.

I totally agree with people fingering my soaps. Lol. I know its soap but I am a little on the sanitary side at shows and markets and when I store my soaps they stay clean. I used to store them unwrapped but they would get beat up. So I changed that. I even shrink wrap my lotions and lip balms. Lotions I have a tester out. And I think the pictures are a great idea to show the design. I havent been doing that, I thought of leaving one bar unwrapped but them the whole touch thing gets to me. Lol

Amen oh, but what hurt me was the way she did it tell him to shut up. There was other ways of handling that instead of humiliating your child on UA-cam. You don't tell a child to shut up. I'm sure I will get a lot of flak over what I've just stated and that's okay because it's sad that one day that child will go back and look at the videos and how many times his mama told him to shut up. One day that child will need to talk about something important possibly but he has to shut up. I don't mean to come off sounding like I'm a mean person because I'm not. There's just things you don't say to a child. Take care and God bless

    • @richrosegold610

I love ALL of your videos. I thought you weren't supposed to shrink wrap cp soap though. Is this not true? I know it's fine for mp but cp needs air so paper or cloth works best as they are both porous. I always thought shrink wrap was a big no no for cp. If your experience has proven otherwise, I may reconsider.

Yes, it is fine to shrink wrap soaps how she has demonstrated. As she showed in the video, the ends of soaps are open, thus allowing for the soap to breath. I'm pretty sure she even mentioned this in the beginning of the video.

Thanks for the video. Have you tried doing a stack to fuse the ends at once? I'm thinking of the amount of time it would take to do 100 bars this way. My wrist would be exhausted.
If you've tried & the process fails, I understand. Just wondering.

Lisa it wouldn't work, doing more than one at the same time stacked would just make them stick to each other due to the heat melting the wrap. Hope that helps.

Hi you wrap them up after a week and they still continue to cure while wrapped? I am asking because I was under the impression that they had to "air dry for 6 weeks" ... sorry I am new to soap making

Do the oils seep into the card stock while the soap is in storage?

you seem really nice, I live in the uk, and I have got my labels from the same lady you got yours from, I would like to know as you are a business, do you find it hard with all you have to do? also I see you have the ingrediants on the back, were you told what to put on there, or did you just put what you used x
