    You are right Dave! I still have to fight that urge to obsess about what “could” happen but I’ve gotten better over the years. Working on balance is so important. My PT told me to try and stand on one leg while brushing my teeth. In the beginning I was holding on to the sink and still swaying. Now I can do it for only about 5 seconds without holding on but every second counts and it will get better!❤

    I enjoy your videos. I have vestibular neuritis, diagnosed 5 months ago. I find myself going down that rabbit hole. Morbid thoughts of - is this all my life with be:Then anxiety takes over especially when I try something and fail. Your principles apply to many vestibular disorders. I’m trying to remind myself recovery can take much longer. Thank you for sharing
