Same happened with my pen drive. Had a replacement option. So I got it replaced.
Third party tools will create issues with pen drives. But, ventoy is good for making multiboot pen drives quickly compared to Rufus.

Both works, you have to change legacy for mbr & Uefi for gpt in Bios
Is this usb support to instal win 11 on unsuported pc. Pl tell us.
You will have to manually add that iso using Rufus...

when i select ventoy Win7_Pro.iso then show error: File (hd0,1) /Win7_Pro.iso is not bootable. chain empty failed press Enter to continue...........but i use this Win7_Pro.iso file in rufus boot works well and then i select Tiny11_b2(no sysreg).iso show Load driver page:A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a dvd, usb or hard disk driver.if you have a cd, dvd, or usb flash drive with the driver on it. , please insert in now. browse ok cancel etc but tiny11 use in rufus works well so need a proper solution&is this ventoy problem or iso file problem?@technouplift
