As specified in the code, why you haven't included the 1.5seismic/wind combinations along with 1.2DL and 0.5LL?

Sir 1.5 eq and wind case needs to be added to the pdelta case in order to capture the effect of pdelta due to eq and wind. Currently only pdelta due to gravity has been captured.

Sir P-Delta factors are not defined for EQ and Wind loads in etabs model as per the ammendment. Why sir

Because it is because of gravity loading so generally we add DL and LL scale factor
