how do you get the menu to come up if you're using index controllers. none of the buttons on either controller seem to bring it up. I can play just fine. But I can't start a game with a bot and practice because of no menu. Help? anyone using index controllers with this game?

The mechanics and physics are good but the game itself isn’t that fun. It’s hard to hit the ball when I bounces off the back wall and it just isn’t that fun after the first few times.
