😀😀😀 I remember singing the solo of Silver Bells in the High School's 1st Choir for our 1st annual Christmas dinner. It was my 1st year in this alternative high school because I dropped out at 15 years old in 9th grade Jr. high but decided I wanted my diploma. So at my age this was the only choice I had to go back to school and be with peers closer to my age. This video brings back wonderful memories. That was 31 years ago. I can remember coming home from school on one of those days and my dad being excited about receiving his 2 new Gaither Homecoming videos in the mail too. He told me I had to sit down and watch because my favorites The Speer family were on there. I loved every minute of the videos. I lost my Grandma January 4, 2002 after having a massive stroke on Christmas day 2001. She was the first loving family member I lost in years and it was so hard. My dad died from Pancreatic cancer on December 2, 2012. He found out in April that year and the doctor told us he would only live a few weeks. He lived 7 months. 2 years almost to the day, my Aunt, dads year older sister, died November 29, 2014 of a heart attack. She was talking in the background as my daughter was talking to me on the phone at her house, the next minute, my daughter is telling me she passed out. No she had passed away. 2 days after Thanksgiving that year. I was in so much shock! I loved my aunt as a second mom. My mom passed away 9 months later, August 25, 2015. Congestive heart failure. I was surrounded by death. Life does go on when you know Jesus as your Lord & Savior. He never leaves us or fails us. He is right here beside us. I don't know why things happen when they do, but one day we will know the answer. I can't wait to get to Heaven and see my loved ones again. Happy Thanksgiving & Merry Christmas to you too, Jamell. I put all kinds of different songs I love to it and ones my family members loved. Maybe you can make one for your dad and upload it to UA-cam for all you family and friends too see. Get all the pictures of your dad that you can! Even baby pictures or when he was a child, as long as your dad is in them, use them. I did a video slideshow for my best friend when she passed away, it will be 10 years on November 19th. I did pictures with her and all her kids, foster kids, & family N friends. She was only 37 years old. Her heart just stopped and wouldn't work no more. Her sister tried to give her CPR. EMS tried everything. She was gone. If you can get you windows video maker (it was last in windows 7) from Windows 10 search apps. It is an easy program to use and add pictures & add music or voice recordings to.
