I praise God all Mighty that my oldest daughter is still alive after being hit head-on by a drunk driver 3 1/2 weeks ago. She suffered severe nerve damage in her cervical spine that has crippled her. But she is a real trooper and doing what she can day by day. I know God was and still is near her every day, as with all my children. I continue to lift all my friends and family up in prayer.

I love this hymn. I first heard it as a child on my grandmothers Regina music box and again at my grandfather's church. But this is probably the most emotionally captivating rendition of this old hymn that I have ever heard. It is no wonder that so many tears flow.
