By the way, for the cutscenes in Pikmin 2, they didn't just upscaled them, it looks like they still had the raw files and re-renderized them on better software.

I played them ever since Gamecube then I got the Wii Versions since Wii had 1, 2, and 3, but ever since switch released Pikmin 3 deluxe and Pikmin 4. 1 and 2 were separated from the later 2 in terms of consoles so now they are back together again all on one console which is a very nice thing to see.
Reasonable change considering licensing is expensive and it was weird (but very funny) to begin with However L + no product placement + you're generic + who asked + washed up + ratio 0/10 game of the never year worst game ever made

Im really dussapointed in the textures, Idk what I was expexting but maxbe something closer to pikmin 3? the textures are to fkat for my taste. i get that pm1 comes from the gcn but come on, over 20 years later and flat textures? I shouod Probably add that I mean the bew swutch version
It’s not even a high res port … it’s literally just a port of the Wii versions lol . Maybe some very very slight res bumps here and there and to the menus and stuff but they’re basically just the Wii versions

The branding for the objects are gone now, so all batteries don’t have the Duracell branding on them anymore

Pikmin 2 is one of my all time favourite games. 1 is also really good

It’s an old game. You’ll get used to it. They are still amazing games
