Im starting to think you are a masochist... putting yourself through all these bleaching videos! 😂 No matter how many times, you still seem shocked and frustrated they arent listening as you tell them no! 😂 Your reactions never fail to amuse. Glad im not the only one who feels the pain 😜
When she was like "I want light hair with shadow roots", I was like " thats what you have RIGHT NOW". And she talked about brown hair all the time, but I havent seen any. No idea, what she has seen in the mirror. It is so bad, that women allow stupid men to shatter their self esteem in such a way that they ruin their hair and question themselves as a human being. I had a lot of these moments as a teengar and everytime I bleached or died my hair it went wrong. Literally all the 100 times I did it. Now I get highlights done and it is perfectly fine and looking natural. Recently I felt the urge to bleach my hair on my own since the highlights werent light enough. Then I rememberes what happenes all the time and I left it. I was like, wait a couple of months, sit in the sun and the highlights will be white 😂. It is just about patience. I have accidentially found your videos and your facial expressions are so hilarious 😁.
Your “no no no, lock in a box” riff reminded me of my veterinary anaesthesia lecturer. He hated a sedative called Domitor, he used to say “No, no,no, leave it in the bottle , it does its best work there!” 😁😁😁😁
I would be happy with that end result actually. And she was extremely lucky, I hope she sees this as what you've said so she sticks to the correct volume next time so her hair doesn't get wrecked. ❤️
A bit of advice... If you want to look like Daenerys Targaryen here's what you do first you get a blonde wig color 613 or 60... Dye the wig. Put your hair in a low ponytail ...put a wig cap over it then put the wig on your head, boom you're Daenerys Targaryen. Easy peasy....and much safer.
In her defense I will say, it looks like she used Wella ColorCharm “toner,” a permanent color technically that’s marketed as a “toner,” and on the instructions it does say to use 20 volume. Thank you for your videos because I’ve used that toner on freshly bleached hair with 20 volume and had to rinse it off after only 3 minutes because my scalp felt like it was going to burn off so If I ever go blond again, I’ll try with a 10 volume!
Great video, as usual! Thanks, Hair Buddha ❤️ Unbelievable, how lucky she got because of her lack of knowledge about buying enough products. I have an asymmetrical long bob. So it's short, but bc I have a lot of hair, I always buy 2 boxes for the dying maintenance. Do I need the 2 boxes? Yes, because they don't sell 1 and a half! So it's much better to apply more product than necessary than running out of it and having to fix the mess later. Thin sections and lots of product. Let it cover each THIN section completely. If you can see your hair, put more products bc you're not supposed to see it. Never had patchy hair. The maintenance I do by myself (a marsala pink ombre-ish) and when bleaching is needed, my gem of hairstylist takes care of it. People, please, cherish and value good professionals! I can not even describe how lucky I am for having found a good, trustworthy hairstylist that really cares about my hair health ! Love, you, Luan!!!!
Most people say don't do your hair when you're emotional. For those of us that are very mentally ill, messing with our hair is the least harmful activity that we can do.
I do the same. Just went platinum blonde, and know why I did it and it was my mental health. A good precursor for me. And more often than not, it works fine. The psychology of it, in relation to depression, is imo, changing what you can when you feel powerless otherwise and not liking yourself.
Actually yea... I hadn't even really thought of it this way. But u are absolutely right and i do agree with you on this. I do believe that any creative outlet is such a massive help. And hair is a direct physical change. So when we feel like we have no control in other areas i definitely agree having control of our hair and being able to utilize our creativity on it is a good feeling. And i do feel like end game of this video she didn't fail too bad. Like she can rock this going forward for sure. And load it with olaplex or something of that nature. But seriously thank you for mentioning this.
I am so glad she didn't dye her roots back to brown after she went through all that to get the brown out. 😂 Breakup or no, I do not understand that logic.

It was always a wig. I believe it did pull some of her hair out, from gluing it on and off each day.. but the actual story is she had a blood vessel burst in her brain, almost died, and had to act through it all. She's tough as nails!
I thought she cut her hair short and bleached it to match the wig for funsies. She has a level 5 or 4 naturally, so bleaching her hair while it was longer was not practical. But then, she also had a couple of brain aneurisms, so maybe the hair had to be cut anyway. I am not sure. I didn't even watch GOT, just read about Emilia Clark. She's pretty badass.

OK but the "we'll do highlights" is real. I don't want highlights, I want an even canvas for my fashion dyes, in a pale yellow. If my hair can handle highlights, why should it not be able to handle to be completely bleached? That's why you see most people who dye their hair fashion colours do it themselves at home. I did too, and it turned out perfectly. I worked in quadrants, applied an excessive amount of bleach in fine sections, used foils and rinsed the bleach out after 30 minutes, then moved on to the next quadrant. I had hot roots after the first round, so I just didn't touch them at all on the second round. Worked out great.
Yes where I live even the high end salons refuse to do full head bleach if your hair is dark , there answer is always we’ll get you there eventually ( what they mean they’ll just give you highlights 😂) .
I feel for this girl. I had a full head of virgin hair - light brown/ dirty blonde. Said I wanted all over platinum blonde…she said let’s do highlights and build up to a full head slowly. 5 appointments later I was not even close to full platinum. I wish I had just said that I didn’t want highlights, I wanted full head of bleach. It’s frustrating when you ask for something and the stylist doesn’t give you what you want.
I can actually relate to her. I had a few ‘professionals’ tell me my virgin brown hair will never be platinum or white. Mkay, maybe they can’t clearly. And as a teenager I did dye it at home and fried it for years, ofc😂 Today, I have not dyed my hair in 2.5 years and I have an appointment with a hair stylist to have it done silver / blue-ish. So yeah: go to a professional lol.
my hair is so thick if I don't section it just to wash it not all of it will get washed. People slathering their head with bleach and being shocked it's only light on top is always funny
Get ready for this silver hair trend to come back when the new "House of the Dragon" appears on HBO! I tried bleaching my own hair that light but I stopped at about a level 11 because I suddenly looked like I was 90 years old with gray hair. So I went a bit darker, had a reverse Balayage done. Now lvl 6 A roots and about lvl 9 ends.
These people who decide to do their hair act like they didn’t have the time to find out info on how not to kill their hair. I wish I had that kind of confidence
One of the best tips I've been given and every person that dyes their hair at home should know, is color REMOVES color!! I see so many dyed ears/foreheads/hands etc. A bit if dye on the dyed area, wipe INSTANTLY and voila, it'll take off the soaked in dye and come out as good as new!

I bleach&color my own hair myself here at home (but I'm also a professional hairstylist) & I too love the white hair. When I do my hair I always go for the "blondest" blond, but let me tell u IT'S A LOT OF WORK!!! It's a 3 step process for me plus doing it by myself it takes up my entire afternoon.I'm not saying only professional hairstylists can color hair, but if u're not even sure where on your head u should start or what % of developer to use that's your que that you should just go to the salon or seek out the help of a professional! It just always amazes me when people seem to think they can do what a hairstylist does (especially with something more difficult like this) just because they took a trip to Sally's Beauty&got some recommendations/suggestions on what products should be used.
I love these videos. We've all had a 'hair' disaster. I remember mine, it was the 1980's, perms were all the rage, I have very thick hair (lucky I know haha), it was shoulder length, yes, I got a perm ........ I looked like bloody Shirley Temple!
After I tried box color to dye my hair blonde over 15 years ago it taught me A. Dont use box anything and B. If you want to dye your hair just get it done professionally cause your going to end up there usually anyway especially if it involves bleach so the only time i dye my hair at home is black and i still rather avoid the mess so i still just wait and go to the salon. So i honestly don't understand why anyone would willingly damage their hair and still continue with the same thought process. Lol!!!!
Nah,you can learn. I've had some disasters done to me by professionals....So i learned to do it myself. Will you mess up at first? Sure, but you will learn.
I love the way you said 'round 2' like you had lost all hope, made me LOL. At 10:37 she has it like the womans hair from GoT, well, the nearest so far, but it didnt turn out bad but not white
I have long microlocs but my hair is thick. I bought two boxes of color and wasn’t even coloring my whole head and I still ran out. I got lucky because I’d the way I sectioned my hair I could rinse while I waited for my son to get back with more color!
As someone who has been dyeing her hair since 15 and have taken myself to silver to black, to brown to ombré, to blonde, to straw hair, to crazy bleaching hair mishaps I could not stop laughing at the commentary ! Wish I had these videos back when I started bc I would have learned soooo much faster! I recently made a mishap too 😮💨😭😂😂

hair buddha: *actively coming for her* XD
How did it turn out??
Hair Buddha, i related that "i am confused" on a spiritual level.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hair Buddha: NO NO NO NO NO (to infinity)!! Haaaaaa love it
"Happy birthdaaayyy". This is one of your best videos
I love when you say “no no no no” 🤣💕
my hair is so thick if I don't section it just to wash it not all of it will get washed. People slathering their head with bleach and being shocked it's only light on top is always funny
“Does it matter?”
Hair Budda -“YEEEAAAAA!!!”😆
The sounds I made when I saw the back after bleaching actually had my husband, on the other side of the house, checking to make sure I was ok 🤣
It looks great on her!!
LMAO hair Buddha saying....this is ugly💋
I love your sound effects Mr Buddha!🤣
Your funny," this is ugly " 🤣🤣🤣 someone should do reaction vids on your reactions lol
Hair Buddha, you are so funny and sometimes I watch your videos just to feel happy 😊 Thanks
Just pressed play, rooting for this chick, hope it comes out nice, x
These people who decide to do their hair act like they didn’t have the time to find out info on how not to kill their hair. I wish I had that kind of confidence
She's gorgeous though 😍
One of the best tips I've been given and every person that dyes their hair at home should know, is color REMOVES color!! I see so many dyed ears/foreheads/hands etc. A bit if dye on the dyed area, wipe INSTANTLY and voila, it'll take off the soaked in dye and come out as good as new!
Oooooh, Happy Friday!! Hair Buddha kicking off the weekend with some fireworks. ❤️😻❤️
Thx for being here
@@hair-buddha Always ❤️ You’re flipping awesome. Im a tom boy, rarely get hair cuts and never color my hair but I just love your videos and insight. ❤️ Ty Hair Buddha you’re da bomb! 💣
Ngl, her edits were funny as hell 🤣
When you are emotional and with her resume you probably shouldn't do your own hair.
Hope you are having a great day!
The fact she was so unprepared annoys me... you knew you were going to do this, you have long hair... so why?!?!?!
I'm sitting here & holding my stomach&I'm just like "Oh God someooooone stoooop heeeeer!
I looked like bloody Shirley Temple!
i did it toooo😂honestly...i liked it, the kind of curls she gave me ended up looking quite natural actually
I used to perm my sister’s bone straight hair, and it looked cute. I gave my own curly hair a perm just for fun, and it looked exactly the same.😂
Life works best when taken in fine sections.
😂
Thanks for the great reaction 🥰 many dont know that the Actor was wearing a wig in the series 😅😅😅
I love his comments. 🤣
I absolutely lovvvve your expressions ❤
You need a t-shirt that says “ FINE SECTIONS!!!”😂
Your videos give me the most life! I love your reaction😂
I think it turned out nice!
It's not horrible!!!
I like how she just stumbled her way into using the right volume at the right time. That takes some talent!
I've had a lot of hair fails during mental breakdowns and honestly hers came out pretty good and much better then all of mine lol
I love how your voice gets high when you’re frustrated. 😃
I recently made a mishap too 😮💨😭😂😂
same here 🤣 you can even see some of my fried hairs in my pfp. so it goes 😅
You made this really funny. Thank you. ✌️
The stages of Hair Fail Grief:
Denial: “…I don’t think it looks that bad! I kinda like it…with some makeup on, this could be a Look.”
Anger: “I do not recommend this product. It turned out nothing like the girl on the box!”
Bargaining: “…maybe if I put toner on it? Let me run to Sally’s really quick-“
Depression: “my hair is destroyed. It’s falling off. I’ve had three breakdowns. I don’t know what to do.”
Acceptance: “I’m gonna shave it off.”
😂😂😂😂
This is a pretty girl. I'm glad she didn't totally destroy her hair.
You make me laugh even when I so unhappy mr Buddha
You have literally taught me so much! To bad I didn’t find u before I spent a whole summer killing my hair a few years ago 😂 but lessons learned 😂
I think we saw this girl in a pink hair review from you Hair Buddah, love your videos as always!❤
