MDFR welcomes new Engine 3 honoring the memory of 9/11 first responders

As part of a long standing tradition, on Sunday, September 11, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) retired the old Engine 3 welcoming the new Engine 3, honoring the memory of the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice on 9/11.
During the ceremony, the new truck was washed and the firefighters transferred their equipment into the new truck. The new engine was also blessed by the MDFR Chaplain to ensure it serves the community safely.
Engine 3 is 2022 Sutphen Pumper, a rolling memorial to the 343 firefighters who gave their lives at Ground Zero in New York City 21 years ago, which boasts a 1,500 gallon per minute pump and carries 750 gallons of water.
Known as “Big Red,” Engine 3 will respond from the Heroes of September 11th Fire Station near Tropical Park in Miami, Florida alongside Rescue 3, two of the only red fire trucks in MDFR's fleet.

On febuary 15th 2024 approximately 1,700 hours I was walking down 17th Street in Miami came to the corner of 8th Street next to mother Teresa's shelter and there was an emergency 5 police officers and ambulance that said number five the EMT and the EMP we're making derogatory comments as they walk past me the EMT then jumped out of the ambulance came to the sidewalk invading my personal space taking pictures and videos of me telling me that he's taking pictures and videos of me just like I am doing of them while they're on duty. He was threatening he was being derogatory he was just inches away from me holding the phone as close to my face as he could get it the evidence is in his phone. He and the EMP that was driving both had their phones out making videos taking pictures while they were driving the ambulance they pulled down 17th Street almost to the corner of 7th and the intersection light was red so they decided to make an illegal u-turn in the middle of the street with the ambulance. not my question to all of you is is it legal for an EMT and an EMP to be using their phones while driving an ambulance is it legal for anybody to be using their device while driving their vehicle why is this happening and the evidence is in their phones.
I feel very violated I feel very threatened and I want to file complaints against these individuals but fire and rescue here in Miami isn't very cooperative they're not very forthcoming and there is no transparency that's the.
