I have the shampoo, the leave in and the hair milk. They work, but I have to admit, I am NOT a fan of the fragrance of any of them. A little too medicinal for me, but they do work.
Just don't sell out like y'all tend to do.

Hey!!! I used an ORS relaxer and added conditioner too it to weaken it! And I left it on 13 minutes
I don't wear protective styles but my scalp flakes horribly. This is the only cleanser I've found that cleans my scalp 100%. I love it!
Awesome! It did a good job for me even though there was a LOT of build up!

Okay I believe in daily blessings of information... this def boffum! Especially on a natural hair path to growth/moisture/protective equipment lol!!! Excited to get into some actual “new new “ before my hair appointment next week :)
My style factor did the same thing to my passion twists, so much build up.

I got these in a curlbox last year when i was transitioning and doing lots of protective styles. Girllllll these products are amazing!!!! My scalp felt good and my hair grew. I would recommend these to anyone who protective style often. They are my staple when i do my protective styles.

I love this brand. I use it whenever I have braids in. The apple cider vinegar smell goes away once your hair dries.

HEY FAYE, (SOMETHING TO KNOW) IF U DO WASH YOUR BRAIDS. With A Moisturizer Shampoo & Apple Cider vinegar (Vinegar not a MUST tho) BUT if u do wash the braids u may not experience the dry Itchy Scalp. Because braiding hair just does that to the scalp. You actually should wash the hair before putting it in the hair.
I just bought and used this line. I got the moisturizing sulfate free cleanser and the moisturizing leave-in. My goodness my scalp feels sooooo clean!!! Thank you for this review. I agree with every last word you said!

I don’t have braids and rarely do protective styles but I would like to try this as a hair rinse before shampoos or cowashes
I feel like the pkgn looks real pharmaceutical and then you said it was owned by a dermatologist. Makes sense! Lol but i think the products might be worth a try.

Awesomeness! Does the smell linger for you all? I’m wondering did I use too much. The smell eventually faded but it took a while

I can’t wait to try this!! I rub honey+warm water on my edges every other night to help w/style factor edge control. I just do it before I wash my face. It adds moisture & cleanses my edges but this is a game changer!💙

Try the Girl + Hair Hydrating Milk it's infused with Biotin.. I love it especially with my everything braided. Sometimes you have to order it from the company or online at Target.com.
If you do another protective style you should try shine and jam or the creme of nature edge control. I use those when I do braids and never have a problem with build up or flakes
I’m DEFINITELY using Jam next time. Jane has never done me wrong. This style factor was horrible

Maybe you could try adding some peppermint oil to the rinse to kill some of the ACV smell and to also add a little more tingling? 🤷🏾♀️ Great review though!

Consider washing your extensions prior to installing. The hair itself is treated with something prior to packaging. It tends to be irritating to the skin/scalp. A vinegar + water soak will pull it off as a cloudy film.
I’m aware. I usually wash in ACV first. This time, the gel was the problem but thanks for looking out! ❤️

Chileeeeee this was my first time using style factor instead of jam for my braids. The build up was so bad I threw the style factor away! 😫😫😫

Damn your Target got a ton of products. Shit. My Target barely has Shea Moisture in stock, not even a shelf of curly products.
So my Target in Georgia had a sample kit with 3.4 ounce bottles. I used the cleanse, nourish and refresh and I like it too. Also was a sample of the cloud mask but haven't tried it yet. Thanks for this review.

Love your honesty. Try the regular shampoo by Girl + Hair. My family has been using it for almost a year. I am ordering direct from the website. I follow her on IG, they post sales often 20% off.
My 17yr son is is growing like crazy. Regular shampoo and the leave in only. My hair was growing switched shampoo (sold out at my Target) and health reason, it fell out.
BTW I love the turquoise bottle. That is how it grabbed my attention! Req natural hair, braids, weaves, microlinks!

Love the acv rinse! Used it when I had my knotless Braids in. Washed my scalp/hair with it twice and my scalp felt cool, clean, and refreshed! My braids were done with style factor as well so, I know what you mean about the build up. After I just sprayed my scalp with my refresher spray with oils and let my hair air dry. LOVE THIS RINSE!!
I really do as well! That Rona was so refreshing. I threw my style factor away though. After seeing that build up I was like there is no way this is good for my hair smh
@@FayeInTheCity The smell of the ACV was a bit strong from the rinses but once I sprayed my hair after with my refresher water and oil mix it was gone. I think I'm going to use it on some wash days to clarify my scalp, and reap the benefits of the rice water and castor oil in it too.

I used that shampoo and i never throw products away bc i dont like to be wasteful bc it was on sale and i had no problems throwing it out!!! I felt like the smell was so overpowering and i was breathing in fumes like it was all in my eyes and throat😂😂😂 the shampoo legit tried to take me out... ive never had a response to a product like that
