The Wireless version I had with Direct TV never game me problems. Since day 1 with this Wireless Joey I get interrupted signal. I’ve moved the AP moved the Joey & I get 40-49 signal strength & still get interruption. 2 story home Hopper & AP are downstairs & Joey upstairs. Unplug the Joey, Hopper, AP & it starts working again. Almost anything can interfere with this. I’m just going to go with a wired Joey.
Wireless Joey is 10 ft away from access pt , keeps loosing signal. Service came over and over, made no difference! Had direct TV for yrs, no problem with wireless! DISH NETWORK IS FUCKING GARBAGE!!!!
Thank you! The first tip of moving the wireless point closer and the information and instructions how to do it solved my issue. But the tech is still coming out to determine why the signal strength is so weak. I will mention the resolutions you described!
We’ve had this system now for 4 days and this system is very problematic! They lose connection to the hopper and sometimes the menu gets stuck on some “on now” screen with app icons at the top. It freezes and won’t let you do anything. Manually have to cycle the power. This system is horrible!

Does the wireless Joey support 1080P?
No. It supports 576i, 720i, 968i, 968p, 1080i.
Installed today and won’t go to channel input, calling Monday to cancel, this is ridiculous
