Hi Dustin, I think we saw you at Belton Chalet last week when we were staying there. You helped us get into our room. We had a great stay! Thanks! I can't wait for my next trip to Glacier, it's beautiful!
@@LikelyLost Thanks you guys definitely should go to the canyon it’s amazing !!!! I worked from Delaware North (there is an RV park on that side) but I had some friends that worked for xanterra as well !
@@LikelyLost i think y’all would like working down in south rim for xanterra though there also is a EDR in bright angel lodge if you work for xanterra !
@@wilsonpreston4618 we've gone to the Grand Canyon before when we visited AZ but one day was not enough! Good to know about Delaware North and them having an RV park!
@@LikelyLost If yall decide to live there for a while that could be amazing ! Definitely can’t wait to watch more content to keep updated with your guys life !
I've done it twice I'm going back in 3 weeks. I'll be on the west side like I was the first time the East side to me is far more beautiful but 2 hours 20 minutes to Walmart
Great video! I’ll be moving up there this summer and this video answered nearly all of my questions. It’s refreshing to see some normal people like yourselves have endured my same adventure!😂
Just got a job at Glacier Outfitters in Apgar for the season! Thanks for the info guys, appreciate the video. Any tips for what I should bring with me that I might not think of? Also, best places to read a book and eat lunch with a view?
Bring a hammock if you have one or get one if you dont! I was glad I had one. And it goes along with my book and lunch spot recommendation - Pack your lunch, book, and hammock and hike Rocky Point trail. It's a super easy hike but all along that trail there's little accesses going to Lake McDonald, go down one of the little side trails towards the lake and set up the hammock with a book!
That's a really good question with a few different parts to it. We can only speak about our experience but this gave us a great idea for a video so thank you!! We will make a video on this soon! Thanks for watching and commenting!
It's not much different than working anywhere else in a relationship. The only difference is there's way cooler things to do at these places. 😊 we have a video coming out soon about RVing fulltime in a relationship and what thats like as well.
So for us the RV spot with full hookups was free because we got lead positions. I'm not sure how much the sites were for regular employees. Our campground also had a community building and we did our laundry there for free.
@@denisehoshor5298 No, we had to pay for the propane. And we are traveling south to see our family for the winter, and then not sure where we will go after that.
One thing I just thought of when you said where you're at I actually have a friend that lives in Martin City I met him the first year I was there when I used to go to Packers roost up the road
Thank you for recording this, I concider working in the apgar village this year, does everything you said about west Glacier applies to this place? How does the housing look like there?
Yes most of Apgar Village is owned by Pursuit except for a few little motels and other businesses in that area. Everything we touched on regarding housing on the West side applies, there's some cabins, some dorms, motels, etc in Hungry Horse and in West Village, however before we left we heard they were changing housing to all be in one area so I would definitely ask about housing when you talk to HR.

Hi
Where did you guys end up this season?
Hey, we are back at Glacier for another season!
How much do they charge you for the RV spot and do they provide any utilities for the RV?
So for us the RV spot with full hookups was free because we got lead positions. I'm not sure how much the sites were for regular employees. Our campground also had a community building and we did our laundry there for free.
@@LikelyLost thanks!!! Did it include propane? Are you guys going elsewhere for winter?
@@denisehoshor5298 No, we had to pay for the propane. And we are traveling south to see our family for the winter, and then not sure where we will go after that.

The music is very distracting and makes it hard to hear. Good information otherwise.
Sorry it was distracting! Glad you got some info from it though! 😁
Good content

You too are adorable! I appreciate all of your info!
