I can relate with Prince a lot on being by yourself. I do that often where I'll just want to be by myself and not go on social media or talk/text but that doesn't mean I'm in my feelings or upset but this has always been a problem for me and ALL of my friends. They always take it as I don't want to talk to them anymore or we're not cool anymore or I'm anti social etc. I just don't get why the concept of wanting to chill with one's self is a hard issue for others to grasp.

EVITA LOPEZ You & prince may be introverts to an extent, like you don't mind being with ppl but you charge up & get energy from being alone. It's fine but when ppl understand that's how you are, you also have to reciprocate the understanding by just letting them know like "hey I'm good y'all, just taking some time out". I have a friend just like that, used to fight all the time but we have an agreement now & it works for us.

EVITA LOPEZ I felt the exact same way. I consider myself to be an extroverted introvert b/c I'm innately introverted, but when I'm around people, I can mingle with ease. However, because I'm naturally introverted, being around large groups, especially in unorganized settings (i.e. Parties, clubs) depletes me of my energy, and it's all about energy conservation to me. That's why I won't text or answer calls b/c even carrying on a simple conversation sometimes requires too much energy. Lol. Nothing personal. But everyone who's close to me knows I'm a particular being and they just let me be.
I'm the same way. If we aren't in a relationship, daily convo isn't a requirement for me. I don't talk to my bffs everyday but that doesn't mean I've lost interest in the friendship. If we're not in a relationship, friendship is what it is.
