How do you and the family prepare your sunchokes? I have them in my garden and wasn't sure if I like them or not. I'm going to try fermenting some this autumn. I like amaranth because it;s pretty but amaranth beetles eat mine all up. Oh Dolores Umbridge was one mean nasty villain...Lovely hanging out in the garden together!
Is it possible to take all the borage flowers? I must have millions! I planted three years ago and it comes back so far. It’s an awesome pollinator, comes back easily in PA, I do hack some back when it crowds my peppers or whatever. I’ll have to eat some flowers tonight when I go do the animals. Banjo is growing up! She is not a shrinking violet ;) she’s smart and articulate. Emmy is a beautiful girl, reminds me of Lizzy, and of your paintings
