i cannot thank you enough for these videos. im not even out of my teens yet and my hypermobile spine and back muscles have been causing me so much pain in the neck and shoulders, seemingly no matter what i do to try and prevent it every day. my mom is a physical therapist and showed me exercises similar to these but i now know that ive been doing them wrong thanks to your beautifully clear and easy to follow instruction. i never thought stretching or exercises could actually help relieve pain, nor could i ever feel the muscles i knew i needed to target ever activate until now!

I'm slowly working through your videos Jeannie and find they are so useful, thank you. It saves me a fortune with my physio, and means I have at home support when I need it. Very grateful x

Physio’s don’t know how to help us like the way Jeannie does

So, I had your app and I was working through the videos, I can tell they helped me a lot.
My only issue is that due to various health issues I am also overweight. I have figured out why and I am finally losing weight but I worry about my fat distribution causing improper exercise forms.
Do you know if there are any resources or information to help with that, and knowing how to make sure I have proper form?
I do assess to make sure I’m not hurting myself but as you’ve said, with Ehler danlos, it’s very easy to not know we are bracing or causing issues.

Tried this video this morning and feel a bit better. There is one area in my back that always seems unhappy. It "catches". Wondering If it is just a rib out of place. Anyway. I think I'll try another video. Slow and steady wins the race, eh?

Same. Something feels stuck and idk if it’s a rib or what, I feel like it is
