That was just stunningly beautiful. No one should ever put Tori Amos in a box, she is a musician who connects to the heart and the soul. I don't understand when I read negative reviews about her simply because she's doing Christmas music. Everyone loves Christmas, and Tori brings a freshness to these beautiful songs. Thank you, Tori!
But... But... BUT... She already put herself in a box. There's actual photographic evidence of this. Just refer to the front cover of Little Earthquakes. =)
A beautiful interpretation of a holiday classic. Tori Amos is that rare musical artist who through the expression of her songs always touches the heart, mind, and soul. Thank you for posting this clip.
Spark, Professional Widow, Sugar, Caught a Lite Sneeze and Hey Jupiter are my favorites by Tori but she always surprises me with remakes like Somewhere Over the Rainbow and now The Litte Drummer Boy!
This has always been a favorite Christmas song but Tori brings something so special to it...beautiful and very moving,i have that prickly feeling behind my eyes that says I'm close to tears...Thank you for posting this, and I wish everyone the happiest of holidays :) Take good care, all
It really is too bad that she didn't put this on Midwinter Graces. Her original songs, needless to say have their charm and she knows how to perform them, but I think that she really highlights the beauty of this Christmas carol, and she always has.
well its getting nere and nearer christmas is just so many days away i will have the best christmas ever this year my wish to GOD has came true i have the girl of my dreams and im very happy to see that were getting along really good

She´s good
does she have a verion of this song where she sings it louder? No disrespect, BUT the piano is too damm loud!
Yamaha, Korg, Wurlitzer...
Nice to see/hear, but I'm not as impressed as the original version from years earlier which appears on a lot of "rock"/"modern" charity cds.
I'm sorry no I don't :(
