I got the ST190 with the Tensei White 70X and absolutely love it! I was extremely surprised and absolutely love the sound as well. Great stuff as always gents.
I just got fit for the Mizuno, and was SHOCKED. I wanted the M6, but the Mizuno was straighter and much faster ball speed for me. Now I absolutely Love it. Great review!
I think the wildcard winner should face the best of the losers then whoever comes out on top faces the best of the winners bracket. That way you stick with head to head matchups. Comparing three drivers gets trickier as you deal with more trade offs. Great video series, gents!
REALLY ENJOYING THIS SERIES GUYS! I understand how hard this is too, but in the end I think this format and approach is the best way to declare a 'champion'...at least for Matt! For me the champion is TS3...since i bought it! :)
You guys are really making this interesting. With such close calls on a few of these drivers, you should have a losers bracket (third place, etc.) Just create a bracket for the losers to go against each other and the best of those will be third place and so on. Well done so far!
Great video and the expected result. I didn't post a winner off the bracket. But based on the fitting video's I thought Cobra and Mizuno would go head to head in the final. Maybe they still can. A 3-way final is great (Mizuno Cobra and M5).
Both of these are longer than the Flash and Titleist by nearly 10 yds at the same swing speed. The M5 was at an average of 340 yds, tho at 173.3 mph swing speed.
I thought that for it's front-to-back consistency the M6 would have edged the decision in the first round. But glad that the Mizzy got through. Yes on 3-way final!
I really like the look for the Mizuno! It would have been a contender for my Bag if It had come out around the same time as the TS3. I love my TS3, though, and can't see any reason to swap it out when it gives me exactly what I need from a driver! Great video series boys! Keep em coming!
Really enjoy and watch your videos religiously. When I was 50 I was a +4 --- Now at 70 around a 8 handicap. How does someone like me get a fitting at your shop AND, should I just live with being older and not worry about the max?
You can also do an instant Challenge final. So the winner of the Semi-final challenges the 2nd place driver as long as they have not gone up against the 2nd placer before. It's a good way to see if the 1st 2nd placer is really better than the 1st 3rd placer if they've never met, and you end up with a truer 2nd placer. Hope that makes sense.
I think the winner of Wild Card / Best loser should take on the Winner of the original brackets. 1 Final show down but whatever will work. Loving this series. Cheer boys
I voted for the Mizuno to win it all. So glad my bracket isn't busted yet! I like the idea of having a 3 driver final too. Gives one of the losers a shot at redemption or the wild card a spot at the table. As always great work and looking forward to the next round.

Great to see Mizuno edge it. Both great drivers and Mizuno now a serious competitor against the recognised "DRIVER" providers. In the future I believe many many will look forward and be excited not just to try Mizuno irons but also their drivers and balls. In addition golf equipment may be getting more technical but feel is so important so it maybe should come down to how the driver feels to Matt as the margins are very small.
Would love to see a full stats chart of the ten shots so we can see consistency in length, offline etc. With the Miz face slightly open to begin, does that mean that it wouldn’t be a good choice for people fighting a small slice?
This is more exciting than the World Cup, I was about to pull the trigger on a G410, now I’m holding off for the verdict, sadly we do t have the luxury of exotic shafts in general. Run this with stock shafts would there be a different result?
Great fun guys..... What about this idea??? Wildcards straight to the semifinals!!! 3 drivers in EACH semifinal bracket. Best in each bracket to the final, second best to the 3rd/4th place playoffs .... Just an idea.
“This is so hard to do, to declare a winner” translates to me- brand x fanboys gonna get butthurt. Its ok, if your brand agnostic like me, this is a fun series to watch! Keep up the good content!
best loser vs the wild card is a great idea! ... here is one more... maybe an all-star game of sorts with the winner of the entire bracket vs a "niche" brand driver like the PXG or Honma?
...that extra yard might put you in TROuBLE?!?!? Question: Mr. Master Fitter, would shaft fitting to each head make a difference in head performance? Just a thought after watching the F9 in a different shaft.
I gave a technical question. Non bias opinion please. I am upgrading my Driver Shaft from the Tensi Orange on my M5 To the Tour AD M9003-6 Now this Shaft cost as much as the driver it's self. But are they going to make a noticeable difference/improvement?
I am not sure you could have got closer results from 10 shots from 2 drivers even if you had used the same head in both. I tried the M6 draw head last week and it is definitely not a high spin driver, I was averaging 150-200 rpm lower than my Epic (2350 v 2500)
I’ve owned both the M6 and the St190. Personally I prefer the mizuno. The M6 was a good driver, but the shape wasn’t for me. The face is too shallow and I had a tendency to pop it up. The ST190 on the other had fit me perfectly, so I sold the M6.
Best loser vs wildcard and a three club final is the way to go. I'm pulling for Mizuno to win the whole thing, they deserve it after stepping up their game this year.
This competition shows how close all these drivers are. New Mizuno is seriously good and wins in a playoff squeaker, but can it take down the Epic Flash SZ in the next round? And what happens if Ian starts tinkering with shafts and really optimizing the drivers for Matt like the 370 yard plus Cobra? Sheer genius. Wow.
How would the test (and results) change if you decided on a 'preferred' launch angle and then adjust the drivers to fit that bracket? (reflecting on the almost 1° difference between these two.)
Now your playing the same shaft in all of these head to head challenges.... I thought that some shafts work better for different heads. So the ultimate test would be to optimize each driver, then do a head to head test. Showing the best performance for Matt, for each driver and the best of another. Right??
The order is made up of sales, wild cards have no sales as of yet, they should go head to head against each other and then challenge the older version to see where they fit in. Just my 2 cents. Great job keep it up guys. Thanks
Not sure how we could've been more fair, the numbers were nearly identical and in the playoff we used the exact offline and distance numbers to make the final call.
That's it I'm Cancelling the rest of my life activities, I'm missing too many of these Prems!!!!!! PS Was that my imagination or was Matty whistling "Fly me to the Moon" as he Bombed yet another Drive over 320Yards?!
i have always loved their irons. im glad Mizuno is becoming more of a total package in golf now. same goes for Wilson.
If anything, it proves Matt is an absolute beast.
I got the ST190 with the Tensei White 70X and absolutely love it! I was extremely surprised and absolutely love the sound as well. Great stuff as always gents.
I'm waiting on mine :):) Hehe
Same!!!! Friend is a well ranked World Long drive competitor and was hitting it 388 at my fitting!!
I would like to see a similar bracket with drivers that are $300 and under. Then put the $500 drivers against the best $300 driver.
I just got fit for the Mizuno, and was SHOCKED. I wanted the M6, but the Mizuno was straighter and much faster ball speed for me. Now I absolutely Love it. Great review!
There’s an ASMR quality to watching Matt hit driver over and over
Go Go Pretty Lil' Miz.!! Close but right decision for me. A 3 way final is a great idea. 👍
I love this test, I bought an ST190 after 1 time of testing. I absolutely ripped it! And it looks totally bad ass!
You guys are really making this interesting. With such close calls on a few of these drivers, you should have a losers bracket (third place, etc.) Just create a bracket for the losers to go against each other and the best of those will be third place and so on. Well done so far!
3-Way final sounds good. A decent blend and probably the best way for you guys to make the wildcard work.
Great video and the expected result. I didn't post a winner off the bracket. But based on the fitting video's I thought Cobra and Mizuno would go head to head in the final. Maybe they still can. A 3-way final is great (Mizuno Cobra and M5).

Yes on 3-way final!
Glad I could get the premier for this one
Great again lads. Matts swing is so good and looks effortless, keep up the great vids
The thing that stands out after these videos is that no driver really stands out too much. They're all fantastic products
WILSON very well said!! 👏🏻
I really like the look for the Mizuno! It would have been a contender for my Bag if It had come out around the same time as the TS3.
I love my TS3, though, and can't see any reason to swap it out when it gives me exactly what I need from a driver!
Great video series boys! Keep em coming!
I was pulling for the mizuno! It looks beautiful
That's a great idea best loser vs wild card 3 driver final excellent idea makes the final a big tasy edition
this is an awesome bracket! i was about ti buy an m6, but i think il wait for the finale. well done lads
Appreciate the data but when they are that close it seems personal preference and looks would end up deciding it for me. Great job!!
Really enjoy and watch your videos religiously. When I was 50 I was a +4 --- Now at 70 around a 8 handicap. How does someone like me get a fitting at your shop AND, should I just live with being older and not worry about the max?
Had a sneaky feeling the ST-190 would come out on top. Rode the Mizuno like a Connemara Pony to the winners circle.
Great series fellas! Keep up the good work!
Crazy close matchup here but Mizuno squeezes out the win. Great idea with wild card facing the best loser. Looking forward to see Matt hit the LST!
Great job again! I have been way too invested in this, even though I'm very happy with my TS3 (6.5 Evenflow 65g - C1 - +4g weight at stock length).
I think the TS4 may really open some peoples eyes. Can't wait to see Matt hit it.
I think the winner of Wild Card / Best loser should take on the Winner of the original brackets. 1 Final show down but whatever will work. Loving this series. Cheer boys
Can’t wait to see who wins!

Fantastic guys. Can't wait to see G410 LST, I'm sure it would rip.
Great fun guys..... What about this idea???
Wildcards straight to the semifinals!!! 3 drivers in EACH semifinal bracket. Best in each bracket to the final, second best to the 3rd/4th place playoffs .... Just an idea.
Go Mizuno!!!!!!! Love it!! your the man Matt!! Mahalos
Ping G410 LST could blow the bracket apart 💥. How about throwing in a curveball and choosing a famous hole for the final instead of the range?
Wish you had Epic Flash vs Srixon .... Honma vs Ben Hogan.... love this stuff ;)
Too close to call. Maybe preference and looks should be a factor. Yes to the 3 way final....
Great job as always
“This is so hard to do, to declare a winner” translates to me- brand x fanboys gonna get butthurt. Its ok, if your brand agnostic like me, this is a fun series to watch! Keep up the good content!
What happened to “The 14?” would have love to hear Rory and Gary’s bag detailed.
Sadlowski who? I'm a bit biased and was glad to see Mizuno moving on! Well done fellas.
cant wait for the same bracket for fairway woods
Excellent lads! Thought Mizuno would win it all unless G410 LST has something to say bout it...
What hosel system are you using that allows you to interchange heads onto the same shaft? Great videos. Keep em coming
Club Conex
best loser vs the wild card is a great idea! ... here is one more... maybe an all-star game of sorts with the winner of the entire bracket vs a "niche" brand driver like the PXG or Honma?
Did you guys check the true loft of the drivers before testing? I’ve noticed lofts can vary over a degree from the stated loft.
Before the playoff --- it looks like the ST-190 is longer on the best hits but the M6 is more consistent with distances.
-looking at both of you while discussing how to integrate the wild card...
-my boss: TF are you talking to.......
awesome channel.
...that extra yard might put you in TROuBLE?!?!?
Question: Mr. Master Fitter, would shaft fitting to each head make a difference in head performance? Just a thought after watching the F9 in a different shaft.
I gave a technical question.
Non bias opinion please.
I am upgrading my Driver Shaft from the Tensi Orange on my M5
To the Tour AD M9003-6
Now this Shaft cost as much as the driver it's self. But are they going to make a noticeable difference/improvement?
How about a real challenge....find a driver Matty can't hit?
3 driver final sounds great!!
I am not sure you could have got closer results from 10 shots from 2 drivers even if you had used the same head in both.
I tried the M6 draw head last week and it is definitely not a high spin driver, I was averaging 150-200 rpm lower than my Epic (2350 v 2500)
So no ones going to question on a regular swing he can drive some par 4’s easily
Long drive possibly
Is the green the same texture as the fairway - I know this has been answered
Very interesting results
I was rooting for the Mizuno but was really impressed by the m6.
I know it's for fun, but I find myself rooting for the "underdogs"
Highly entertaining - not scientific - but it does not always have to be :) Thanks for all your content it is much appreciated...
I probably missed it in the first video but what happened to all the other drivers that came out this year?
Yes love the idea 👍🏾
When did matty go back to the srixon?Or have I been watching older videos with him using pro v1x
Been playing a bit with both for testing
This competition shows how close all these drivers are. New Mizuno is seriously good and wins in a playoff squeaker, but can it take down the Epic Flash SZ in the next round? And what happens if Ian starts tinkering with shafts and really optimizing the drivers for Matt like the 370 yard plus Cobra? Sheer genius. Wow.
If I remember right I think in the fitting videos Matt actually hit the Mizuno a couple yards longer then cobra.
For my own curiosity, what were the characteristics of the srixon ball that made Matt start playing it?
Ian, what are the differences in the stock weights? A little heavier I imagine than the F9?
I'm assuming you played these at the same shaft length? They are slightly different off the rack length wise
JUst shows that all the Manufactures are producing great product. Get fit !
How would the test (and results) change if you decided on a 'preferred' launch angle and then adjust the drivers to fit that bracket?
(reflecting on the almost 1° difference between these two.)
On something this close the 100 dollars cheaper and way better stock shaft offerings could've factored in for the mizuno as well
Matty is such a robot with these swings
Now your playing the same shaft in all of these head to head challenges.... I thought that some shafts work better for different heads. So the ultimate test would be to optimize each driver, then do a head to head test. Showing the best performance for Matt, for each driver and the best of another. Right??
Where is your fitting shop located ?
Cheeky question; When are you getting the T100 Titleists in to test?
hopefully soon, but Canada isn't usually the quickest to receive new product
3 way final would be Epic 👍
Matt which one felt better?
Matty is a machine...24 swings that consistently..🤷♀️
Three way final would be awesome...
We do take out a few bad swings on these bracket challenges 😆, but appreciate the support!
The order is made up of sales, wild cards have no sales as of yet, they should go head to head against each other and then challenge the older version to see where they fit in. Just my 2 cents. Great job keep it up guys. Thanks
Yup agreed wildcards TS4 and G410LST will have to go head to head first
I like the 3 club show off
Definitely the f9 should make it back. Especially with the weight forward
Totally agree!!! Incredible driver for Matt!!
what are the white dots on the face for? I see it on all your vids.
They allow the launch monitor to precisely record the strike location of the ball
45" playing lenght?
In my testing the ST190 smoked the M6, but the F9 beat them all.
Was there a little mizuno bias in there???? Still another great video
Not sure how we could've been more fair, the numbers were nearly identical and in the playoff we used the exact offline and distance numbers to make the final call.
Go Mizuno ! dark horse rises lol. The heart is TRUE
Can you please advise, can I adjust the loft on the M4 irons?
thanks, Santi
Dragon Fly yes you can.
That's it I'm Cancelling the rest of my life activities, I'm missing too many of these Prems!!!!!!
PS Was that my imagination or was Matty whistling "Fly me to the Moon" as he Bombed yet another Drive over 320Yards?!
was not your imagination 🤣🤣
@@clubchampionmedia Oh that's ok then, I thought that I might be hallucinating again🤣🤣
Nice that a Mizuno won over the driver companies M6.
Final 3 would make sense...
When 326 is a short drive LOL
Get a G410 LST in there as a wild card!
Matt what’s you driver club head speed? Just wondering.
about 120mph
3 way Final would be good 👍
Srixon?!
