      @@rve420 From what I understood, Stevens was already angry at the game and under the influence. Lowry fell at full speed on a woman Klay called "his significant other", so Stevens snapped. He gave Lowry a light shove on the shoulder and an earful, he should know better. The NBA has zero tolerance for aggressions towards players, especially in Finals games! 500k is probably not much to him but it's still a significant number, plus he got a year ban, not easy for a big-time fan. That's enough punishment, it's not like he started throwing punches or anything dangerous.

    • @Mr_Rey_
      @Mr_Rey_ 5 років тому

      @@halfurbanhalfsuburban8219 Bringing up completely different sports with completely different rules and regulations is pointless, im sure you can see why. I agree also that players are being assaulted, so move the seats back and build a wall as to prevent anyone or anything from getting at the players. Put some padding on the walls and hope players don't hurt themselves when they dive out of bounds. Reducing the risk of players and fans from getting hurt is paramount to the NBA, and this is the only legitimate solution. Fans will still get to interact outside of games, so the minor loss in interaction during games doesn't seem like such a big deal. Also the NBA is spectator sport anyway, how is this not a valid solution?

      @@rkf2746 I watch Undisputed, Herd and SFY just to get various sports opinions(especially the guests), highlights and the yakkity yak of what's going on from day to day. I'm diverse in my news watching an radio listening. I loss respect for Skip when he was calling Chris Bosh "Spicy". The man refused to see how disrespectful it is to call someone out of their name, but Skip will not accept being disrepected. For me, the last straw was when Jemele Hill was on First Take and she spoke up to Skip about his verbal behavior regarding Bosh. He was got caught off guard, didn't like being checked and tried to rationalize his verbal behavior. To me how he spoke of Bosh was a form of bullying. After that interview, Jemele Hill never appeared on that show again. Although Shannon is a relative "new kid" to the business and very appreciative to Skip, who seems to have a lot of juice and influence, for bringing him on board. My feeling is that Shannon's presence and personality has helped to keep Skip relevant and in front of the camera. That's my story and I'm sticking too it, lol lol.

Why does he always go against anything that may put light on white privilege vs the black man. I swear! I could be wrong but I dont think whenever it's been a issue involving white vs black he never takes the black man side. Especially! When Mark Stevens was all the way wrong because to Marcellus point if this were any other setting outside of the arena that most definitely would of been assault! How does he not see that? What is wrong with this man? I'm not saying press charges on this man. But what I'm saying is there definitely has to be way more penalties than just the rest of the finals game! This is a pure example of white privilege. Bet if it were reverse he wouldn't want to look into the black man's history, he would just assume whatever negative that a black man is associated with period. Plus just cuz he may or may not have some type of record of this or worst doesn't mean he isn't capable of doing something that everyone is already agreeing that is a negative action worth penalizing him for. What is wrong with whitlock!? I'm getting sick of this yo. Stop it.
