I was diagnosed with TC when I was 17, got the surgery (didn’t need chemo or radiotherapy, thankfully.) and ever since then I’ve focused on living every day to the fullest of my abilities. I’m now 20 years old, happy and healthy. Thank you so much for all the awareness you’ve raised, it means more to people like me than you’ll ever know. Keep kicking ass, man.

A needle can harm you superficially and in very, very seldom circumstances fatally. Pain is not enjoyable and thus effects an individuals well-being negatively. Most people value their well-being. Therefore it is rational to slightly fear needles. It is quite enjoyable to debate such inconsequential matters.
The irony is that this man has more metaphorical balls than all of us, if I lost my balls I could never be this upbeat about it and I’d like to say I’m proud of you Pete, you’re a good man and you didn’t deserve this but if it had to happen to anyone in a way it’s good that it happened to you because only you could take this so well

Before that I trained hard and was concerned that it would affect everything so depression was starting to creep in. However listening to you has given me unlimited hope. Thanks buddy. I just wanna say thank you Pete. I felt a pain and swelling in my one of testicles and I never would have had the balls to get it checked out if it wasn’t for you. Luckily it was just an infection, but please guys if something does not look right get it checked out ASAP. The consequences of avoiding this is much worse than the consequences of getting things checked out. Also please make a video on the sexual aspects of this. Thanks again, stay strong big man.

I've had swelling in one of my testicles before, but it's only been like 2 times and many years apart. I remember one of the times I actually convinced myself it was cancer and freaked the fucking hell out, but then it just deflated again and I calmed down.
Is this normal? Fuck, now I'm definitely going to do some research.
@@sh0werp0wer its called epididymitis and one of the more common infections that men can get. I would suggest always going to the doctor when you get swelling as even if it's an infection it can lead to complications. The urinary tract for men is more complicated than women. You are at risk of prostate infection which is unpleasant and takes a long time to heal if you get a uti or infection in the testicles. Epididymitis is infection of the chambers where the sperm are kept at the back of the testes, Orchitis is inflammation/ infection of the testicle itself.

I had similar as you, this was last near the end of last year, it's been 5 months since then, woke up fine that day.. then round about the afternoon, I had major pain and swelling in my right testicle.. and first I thought I might of twisted it etc, so I left it for a week.. week past and was still painful, sore to walk, sore to stand, . my testicle actually got firmer, and I was so worried, so I went to the doctors.. so I went home, I remember one of those nights, I couldn't sleep the pain was sharp.. the most painful it ever was, though the doctor I saw that day never thought it was an infection (as he thought it would of been more painful). but it was very painful, long story short is, I got an ultra sound etc, that confirmed inflammation inside the testicle and my epidermis.. the doctor said, they don't think it was a tumour but due to my age had to be safer than sorry.. so he put me on 1 month course of antibiotics.. got my appointment over 1 month later. I also got a urine test in the doctors, 1 month later I went to the urologist he was examining me, who said yeah bigger than my left, it was pretty obvious... he had my first scan I did 1 month before hand, and said he couldn't really know for sure unless he got an other one done.. so the very same day I got a blood test, and an ultra sound, and got my results back the very same day for my ultra sound, everyone who looked at it, the ultra sound person, the consultant .. the urologist.. they all had no concern, it was getting better, no sign of cancer or a tumour.. but it was still scary thing.. it just goes to show, you can have all these symptoms.. yet in the end its was nothing as bad as you thought, so in the end they put it down to an infection.. and that was that..

Hang in there man. I lost one testicle when I was twenty. Since then I have fathered two beautiful children and now I have a beautiful grand daughter. I feel so blessed. I consider each day a blessing. I am taking HRT now to maintain muscle mass and bone density. I feel your pain, hang in there. Stay strong.

You are 100% right. You have to have goals. I'm a stage 4 TC that spread to my lungs survivor going on 21 years. I had less than a 20% chance to live. I had 5 rounds of chemo. A bone marrow transplant and parts of both lungs removed. Never give up. Never stop fighting.

Glad you’re able to see the silver linings; nobody can kick you in the balls. I do have a question though. A lot of the time with amputees, they speak about phantom pains, e.g. they will feel pain in limbs that aren’t actually there anymore. Is that the same case for your balls? As long as the TRT keeps your test and libido regular, you can still shoot ropes and as long as you still have the swimmers in storage, future children are a possibility. If those are taken care of then what are the other downsides? I don’t mean to trivialise what you’ve had to endure, I can’t relate but I recognise the immense difficulties you’ve fought against but when all is said and done is the future looking better than you’d have imagined it to, say a month or so ago?
Idk about Pete, but I had an orchiectomy of my left testicle about 6 months ago. I actually do get phantom pains coming from where the traitorous bastard used to live. But it was the same kind of dull pain that I had before it was removed. Once I reach down and physically feel that its not there, the pain goes away. Its kind of bizarre.
