My buddy had the same thing on a 131 Build that HD did on his CVO. It turned out to be his motor mount was loose. When we rode behind him the shimmy looked exactly like what you have. The engineers from HD had to finally fly in to make that diagnosis.
Just reminding you that the swingarm pivot bolt only comes out the LEFT side of the bike. This knowledge should save you a few headaches. As always, reach out if you need anything, even a house call/specialty tools.

Urethane mounts. A little more vibration transfer. Tru trak should finish it off nicely.
I lived in the syracuse area most of my life. Retired and moved to Georgia two years ago. Always went to Lake George and the Adirondacks for day trips. Loved the rides there.

TRUE-TRACK…swing arm pivot anchors…look it up…made for swing arm wobble…use the item myself…way better cornering..

Swingarm bush Is a normal maintenance item after 20 years I think they deserve changing, different chassis I know but the standard engine mounts in my dyna used to wear out quickly until I upgraded them to heavy duty mounts, that caused a wobble in corners
Just to add i have heard great things about TRUE TRACK INC swingarm pivot anchors in regard to handling

I had problems with mine it was swaying back and forth I put bushings and bearings in my swing arm and that solved my problem I also had some bad spokes in the back wheel that had come loose so make sure you check your spokes and your wheel and make sure they're tight otherwise if that's the problem you'll be taking your wheel back out again you might as well check them where you got it apart I hope you get this message

Those swing arm bolts will fight you a little but otherwise that Gooden-tite is a much better system and it will solve your issue. I did mine as maintenance/upgrade but definitely feel it’s a solid component! Cheers, thanks for your content!

I put Sta-Bo bushing inserts in my 2008. Made a world of difference, so much more solid and planted now

Can't wait for the bushing video. Im sure my 2000 Road King needs the same thing. I'm starting to feel the wable, im sure age on stock bushings will do it. Mine only has 54,000 miles on it but is 24 years old now. Weird thinking that's an old bike...

I wouldn’t say that’s an issue you caused. That’s just maintenance. But doing custom stuff can have a snowball effect. Even on my 18 RKS.
For sure, it was definitely an underlying thing. Just needs some more love!
I had to replace swing arm bushings, added a solid bushing in the center and replaced front motor mount on my 03 and no issues anymore

Watching these videos makes me glad I gave up riding to raise my kids lol. Not only for the possibility of orphaning them in an accident but spending as much time as I could in their lives while they were young.
Yeh my king is a 99 25000miles old. But it’s 25 this year lol even my 0i street glide at same mileage it’s still 16 years old lol.

Get a front engine link to lock the front of the engine L/R They were used since long ago from evo mountings. Change ALL your engine mounts... There is also a brace that will bolt on the bottom of your oil pan and stop the ass of the engine from moving L/R..... Then change your swing arm mounts... Last measure the rear shock lengths to see if your engine is alinged with the bike frame... Should be something like 12" or 13" on both sides. ..... Got questions drop me a note. I ran an 03 Deuce 160,000 miles and went through everything suspension..

Glide pro will fix the problem and the motor mount is probably bad too should change at same time. Upgrade my 02 ultra classic now it handles like a sport bike

I have a 16 road glide and had the same kind of walk. It was tire. Wasnt ment for the weight. Threw an American elite on never again. Which sucks been running avon cobra for over ten years. But went to the chrome and bike didnt like it. Also check the neck. Im not a dunlop fan but had to for the weight. Also american elite is not bad compared to factpry.
My avon chrome was also brand new. Didnt even get 500 miles on it and i had to get rid of it.

Does it have a Wire Rear wheel? My buddy has a 98 King. And it was doing that exact same thing. Turn out. The wire wheel. Was coming apart!!! Check Ur wheel

So my rd kings an 04 after I put 4” extended bags on I can feel my rear swaying idk if that’s maybe what’s going on or maybe my swing arms bad lol
You will be able to tell if you put the bike on a center lift with the rear wheel off the ground you can move the wheel back and forth to see if the swing arm isolators or bearings are shot

I had an 01 electraglide that felt like riding a wet noodle down the road. Wiggly and just hyper sketchy.
I replaced the whole pivot shaft, pivot shaft bearings and isolators. It was a completely different bike after that.
The shaft will be tough to get out if it’s never been serviced. 20+ years with no service it’ll be stuck hard.
Took an air hammer and multiple overnight soaks of aerokroil to get it loose.
Don’t forget the antisieze before you reinstall. The next guy will thank you.

Check out the Glide Pro system ,, the rear bushings with a new bigger shaft and a motor mount, it all works together. Amazing Difference in how tight the bike will feel !!
Yes, Have to do motor mount too. Make sure it's polyurethane. Oil deteriorates epdm rubber.

When ya do go to fix it, get some Permatex orange loctite, which works like red but removable like blue. 💚👊
