I am going to purchase the Dame 6 shoes but I am waiting to see if I still have a season or if it is cancelled for Covid-19 before I get them. Your videos helped me improve a lot and is one of the reasons I love volleyball.
I never imagined it would be so difficult trying to get hands on them, but finally did. Too bad I won't get the chance to try them before next period, which is after new year lmao :(

Is the heel containment good I play in size 11 shoes and sometimes I have some heel slippage when I'm serving, passing or doing my approach? With the Adidas crazyflight should I go down to size 10.5????
I use the mizuno wave lighting z5 but I don’t like them because they feel heavy and it’s more hard to move because of it, plus they worn out fast I’m thinking about buying these shoes but do you maybe have a recommendation on other shoe?

Hi coach i have a question, a lot of the time when i jump serve i end up contacting the ball just under my palm and it hurts a lot when i practice jump serving. ive just started trying to jump serve so the timings kind of hard, any tips on fixing this? thanks
Sounds like yet another Adidas Boost shoe with mediocre traction, good impact protection, and a bit slow in responsiveness... I like Boost when I'm playing just to get some reps in without wanting to put excess stress on my joints. I'd also consider them for the 1st day of a multi-day tournament if I do play one in the future...
@@ElevateYourselfOfficial For me, the biggest thing is that no shoe company is trying real hard to make different volleyball shoes that are optimized for position or needs. They have price point based stuff (Mizuno and Asics), but no one is really out there saying "middles need this", "liberos need that".
I feel like Nike came the closest to coming up with a way to do that with some of the Kobes and Lebrons. For example, a lot of people accelerate off the balls of their feet and toe area, while for landing, they use their whole feet or heel. The Kobe midsoles were good for balancing that. However, a libero wouldn't need that, and instead a much more responsive shoe that is lightweight. The Mizuno Wave Lightnings seem good for that, and setters who are playing it "light" (i.e. not jump serving, and not blocking too much). I definitely love the Crazyflight bounces when I need to move faster. I hear mixed reviews on how much energy return the new Lightstrike gives. I'm also glad that Adidas decided to release a vball shoe that wasn't ugly, because the last iteration of the early Crazyflight 3s colorways and designs were a bit sad.

It's not about following the law - perfectly, as it's impossible - it's about letting Christ in to guide and teach you and obeying Him through His power (not ourselves as it's impossible without depending on His power and instruction). He is our substitute in His life, death and resurrection. He essentially rewrote history in our place so that, if you believe in Him, it will be as if you had never sinned if you accept Christ's death as our own in our place. He is in Heaven right now preparing a place for us so that He can take His faithful, believing children home with Him when He returns. He will ressurrect us from death when He returns, giving mercy to those who accept His love, instruction and teachings in their life, and give justice to those who refuse it. He doesn't want ANY of us to go to Hell and die for continuing in evil and rejecting His way to life, thats why He died FOR us. Hes giving EVERYONE a chance, He wants everyone to take the free gift of salvation from Hell. He wants us to be His and begin to follow His life of love and service through His power and abiding (staying) with Him. So long as we keep our hearts near to Christ through His strength, strive to follow His will of perfect love revealed in the Bible, and let Him lead in the midst of (very certain) pitfalls and struggles, we will, in time, win the ultimate victory over sin, pain and DEATH through Christ. Mateo Castano Yepes do your jump serve motion and instead of hitting the ball and the end, catch it. You will get it with more reps
