- Join us as we continue preparation for the 2024 concrete season. I welded up a rack that will help things be a little more efficient and a little more organized. This year I am determined to run things a little different. Enjoy

I live 20 minutes from the Francis Scott key bridge here in Maryland. Crossed it every Thursday and Friday for work. It was such a HUGE transport route for the ports and everyday workers. Such a sad tragedy for those workers man.
Yeah tragedy where it was planned
I saw you put the rebar rack right under your electical pole and wires. I would put a sign to remind the guys of "power lines above" you dont want them to carry one or two rebars in a vertical and make contact with the power lines. like you say that would be pow!!! No bueno!
Make the rebar rack higher, save y'alls back. You can back up close and slide them in the truck. No bending over.
Edit: You could also store gutter pipe underneath, depending on quantity.
I agree yes. Less risk of workman’s comp injury.
Shew I just said fiber in the middle for the same reason. This is even smarter
Good idea!
Yep! Work smarter, not harder😁
Your back will thank you later!
@@rickramirez2220I am more worried about my hands then my back lol
The Ship hitting the Francis Scott Key Bridge sure is going to impact our economy here in MD. More so in the immediate area of the bridge. Luckily I'm not really impacted in central MD. Prayers definitely go out to the ones that lost their lives.
I’m in md aswell
Like 40 mins from ya that’s funny
Here in Sparrows Point already feeling it can't get delivery from certain places cause they can't go over the bridge
And another bridge got hit yesterday... Hungry people are easier to control.
I live 12 miles away from it

“You can’t even drive that on the road” Me living in Texas. Yea you can 😂😂😂
Send Junior to the Allen facility! It goes hand in hand with his style of videos lately.
Good afternoon from Stuttgart. Awesome as always.
Love these videos! Thanks man! We are excited about the new season!
Absolutely love the welding job. Can't wait for you to start doing concrete. I can't wait to start watching the build at your yard either. That is gonna be fantastic. Have a wonderful day, Ryan. God bless you.❤
Just two things I would like to comment about, one is why don’t you wire the fuel pump on your trailer through the plug to the truck, there’s a hot pin in it for hooking up 12 volt accessories, and you could still keep the battery in case you needed fuel when not hooked up, and the battery would always be charged because of that pin. Also, try Cherry Bomb hand cleaner, we have it here in Home Depot, it works much better than the Orange hand cleaner. 👍
Great content Ryan appreciate all the videos you put out for all of us 👍👌🇬🇧
Can’t wait for 2024 season, good luck guys 🇬🇧
Goooooood Morning! Love the videos
The rear rack is really cool. Good work
Awesome Video and Much Love as Always Ryan!!!
Good morning sunshine! Can't wait for the season to start! Great video! Hope everybody is well now! I hated when everybody was sick in the house. Much love from Henderson Ga USA
Gooooddd morning Ryan glad to hear your starting concrete season soon 😀
Love the rebar rack, great job, makes things a lot neater and professional
Your very handy Ryan love that! God bless
Another great day for a great video
Felt like this video just flew by. Lots of projects going on. Can’t wait for the start of the season.
Ready for the season to start Ryan. Truly enjoy your videos 😇
Good work!! Have a good day
The Home yard looks so good really transforms the whole house. Great Job!
Happy start of the season tomorrow!
Good idea to cap your uprights also because wasps like to nest in areas like that. ✌🏻 OUT!! Love the videos, look forwards to concrete season.
Praying for your family's speedy recovery! I've had a horrible cold going on 6 days now!!
Keep up the good work man I love the videos you make
Couldn't wait for Monday😂
Was checking from yesterday 😂😂
Love the videos. My newborn and I enjoy watching them. I've found it's a great way to soothe her
A small notch at the bottom of the uprights to let water out will stop the inside rusting out
Always working. Respect
Perfect timing for lunch break! Hello from New Brunswick Canada
Hope lunch is good🙏 Hello from Denmark🇩🇰
Tracadie here buddy
Hope ya'll had a Blessed Easter!!
Ryan is in optimized mode … time is money and every second counts !!
Happy birthday Ryan!
Have a good season Ryan, I just got back to dirt work end of march. Hope your jobs are smooth sailing! Can't wait to watch!
Ryan I know in the past you’ve said the battery for your fuel cell dies a lot. We would have that problem with our dump trailer a lot. We bought a marine deep cycle battery and haven’t had and low charge issues anymore.
He said he usually only has to charge it once a year how is that considered all the time. Once a year.?.... lol
@@heyjohnson5535he’s mentioned it’s been dead a lot
Last year it was dead all year
He could easily charge it using the trucks trailer wiring but he likes spending money on batteries I guess.
As a electrician I would recommend getting a lighting scheme for the new work shop then you can look at it before the installation
A good electrical / lighting engineer can put together a lighting plan, which will show the number of lights, coverage, lumens and color temp of the lights.
But there lighting Regulations to meet . Yes I could come up with a scheme it’s lighting engineers have all the regulations to hand
You Americans are crazy. Here in the UK if we don't like how many lights there are, we just add more or fit higher wattage fittings.
Only requirement is more than 5lux globally in the event of a power cut, and an exit sign light at all exits
every new commercial construction has a set of blueprints for electrical as well as landscaping ,plumbing etc..
@@darknes7800doesn’t take many brain cells to add lights to a shop, much less over priced lights that don’t last any longer than Amazon or Walmart shop lights 😂😂😂😂
The reason why most people are broke is because of this mentality
Look at the winter shop you can tell that was built buy the owner,
And yet it does everything that a new 30 year mortgage shop does.
Love your videos Ryan very entertaining and can’t wait for concrete videos.
if you want a super bright shop you need to mount lights on your walls when lights are on the wall they shine outwards versus lights on the ceiling that just shine down and make shadows
Great thinking
and paint your walls whire
Cant wait for the first pour of the season!!
I can’t wait to see the crew back to doing concrete work
Great start to the week with Victory after Easter Sunday when Jesus had Victory over death.
Gooooooooooood Morning Ryan and Victory Family
In the new shop use LED and also add sidewall lights you won't be disappointed. That's what we have in the shop on the farm. Our lights are also on motion detectors in banks so soon as you walk in the door the first bank turns on then more as you walk thru. They turn off after an x amount of time after no motion is detected.
💯👍🏼 much love to the UA-cam Victory outdoor service family🎉 New Mexico in the house
That rebar rack came out great! Nice job Ryan
Shoutout to Cisco and Ryan Jr 🫡
Nice work Ryano 😎🇦🇺
Great video!! Make Easy money this season!!
Paint it ,always take the most pride in ur work !
I hope everything is going well with you since you bought those other two tractors to now and I hope the economy stay strong for you out there and that way all you and your boys can all stay working and stay safe and make money and I hope Easter was good for you God bless
Great channel m8 ,keep doing what ya do ,love all the content 👏 many congrats liverpool 🇬🇧
Gooooood Morning Ryan & Victory Family.
All the best from Liverpool uk YNWA
Can’t wait for the concrete season to start 👍🏻
I had a backlog of these videos for so long and just got caught up. I was disappointed I couldn't binge another 10 videos right now but glad the season is finally starting and hopefully frequent videos again!
Great video!
I’m really excited for the new concrete season woohoo it’s gonna be awesome I’m sure 👍
Yep can't wait
Looking Forward To The New Season...💪
Ryan tell Macgyver to drain that swamp!!😂
A shrimp cocktail, chips and a Victory style video to end my Monday. 💯
Awesome Man so excited to see your crew working back again. This year is going to be a great one. Couple things Ryan. Talk with your electrician about your Lighting he can layout a very efficient and bright lighting schedule for you. Let him know its a work shop not a warehouse. Huge difference..
Now that your so busy you should be finding suppliers online for things. It could be not only cheaper but you may find it saves way more time than going to the store. Get down to 6 cans of spray glue order a case. Get down to 4 rolls of emergency tape order a case. It will save you so much time. Stop going to the store.
Thanks for sharing.
You need a foreman that can carry out small things that need done. But still keeps you in the loop on big stuff
That would have been bugs
@@poppopkustomkars1234 Carlito fits the foreman role better than anyone that has ever appeared in victory videos, the way buggs yelled at people... thats not a good leader skill, he would have been terrible.
@@ilovepizza8263carlito got the leader personality and attitude for sure!
Hes reached a point now where he should have 2 crews. They can tackle more small jobs in a shorter amount of time and merge on the big ones. He's got enough gear now to supply 2 groups of guys. Just my opinion
@@paulbirch1596 I’d agree with that, but he’s a micromanager who appears to not want to delegate the easiest of tasks. Maybe Ryan is changing, since he let Carlito work on his own.
Wish nothing but the best for him
Im from Maryland, I live 30 min away from the bridge! Crazy stuff man. Traffic is a mess everyday now!!!
Great video
The Home Depot app will tell you exactly which aisle and bay items are on. big time saver!
Thank you for this😂
I can't tell you how many times I've been there and I still walk around trying to find something🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️
Even just looking it up. It tells you what aisle and what bay as well👍💯
@@hunterhilbert4559 I usually look it up before I get out of my car and head straight to what I need. Also works at Lowe’s if you have one of those. I’m in AL so that’s out 2 choices. No Me adds or Fleet Farm here
@@hunterhilbert4559dam bro I make a list in the app and build a plan quick in and out
Almost 500,000 subscriber's happy for you Ryan
Gooood work! You might want to consider putting the much lighter fiberglass rebar in the middle slot. keep the heavier steel rebar on the outsides for easier access.
you can buy plastic cap for the pipe ryan ! keep doing a great job
As always good video. Good seeing jr. Dang this is my third season w you guys. Excited to start pouring w the Boyz!!!! 💪🏽
Nice rack you’ve built. You should put a book together with pictures of the stamps to show clients how they look, it could make it easier to choose which ones to use for their project. 👍👍🇺🇸
Be a good job for one of the girls !
Stamp manufacturers already make these brochures.
Ryan can always have his own portfolio!💯🔥@@MarxAviano
I'll have everyone know UA-cam is giving me warnings for this comment and will probably remove it... 🙄 🙄 🙄
Even better, little sample pieces with each texture & maybe a few of the more popular colors
I didn’t think about this until this morning, Ryan your breath must be gnarly after your breakfast of eggs, olives, and coffee!! 😅 Anyways thanks for the upload Ryan, be careful out there, watch out for pranks!!
I had an awful weekend. Your videos make me happy. Thanks.
You should find happiness in yourself man.
@@JD-xm3mg how?
@@imafortnutbot5691 depends on the situation but with any situation you can find the good or you can make a choice to find the bad and focus on that. I would start improving yourself physically and see what it can do for you physically. Start doing what you need to do no matter how you feel write a plan of the week stick to it the beat you can
@@imafortnutbot5691go to the gym
@@JD-xm3mgHe does. He enjoys watching Victory. Leave him alone
Yaya sooo happy ! You should of just made the dividers legs are well
Best of luck for 24 Ryan and Co. 🇮🇪
Ryan, you really should consider capping those outside ones too on the rebar rack.. You're going to get rusty water on your new concrete, and you know how expensive it is to replace concrete.
Good morning!
Might consider making the rebar rack the same height as the trucks rack
Get a cheap tarp for the stamps. That should give some temporary UV protection until you can get them inside.
Good morning 🎉
Jr.’s speed at scrubbing! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Happy Easter
You should get a tarp and drape it over the shelf with the stamps so they're out of the sun atleast til you get the building built.
Bugs
was a good tradesman. Maybe older with a few aches. The other lads were not backin him up. Most likely made the man a bit grouchy.
He seemed really annoyed with some of the employees... if i had a few immature kids on my work site every day and had to pick up THEIR slack ID be a grouch 2 even at 30.
I just watched the video where bugs quit and you can tell it was because of Eric… he’s a 🤡
Victory is going to miss his expertise and independent work ethic. The kiddies can’t do anything themselves without Ryan micromanaging them.
Eric is Ryan's number 1 go to guy after bugs.🤦♂️🤣
Wow! What a strange world.
I agree . Annoyed at the exess of clowning and wasted time.
In the 80's, we drove monster trucks with big lift kits and blown big blocks on the street in south Texas. The guys always carried an extra u-joint and used them frequently LOL! built and ran sand rails and baja bugs and used to crawl past stuck monster trucks on south Padre Island at off road only beaches!
man, the season swang around fast huh! exited !!!
You should go to one of those welding shows. That would be a really cool video.
Looking good
LOL, I keep seeing you bent over working on floor. While you see that awsome bench you built in background.
LOL!! I was thinking the same thing. He's got that awesome table and he's still kneeling on the floor. All he needs is an adjustable stand to support the other end of the material and he can work off the table saving his knees and back 🙄🤔
Mann I'm ready for some concrete!!!!
Ryan you could have drilled a small drainage hole at the bottom. But capping works too. 👍🏻🇬🇧
Since Joey Peanut won’t respond, you should get a hold of Adam from beard meats food. I bet he’d meet up with you guys.
He said Randy Santel messaged him but never got back to him after a few messages
That's who I thought of, that way Adam and Ray could also compete on who gets the most food in their beard 😂
Or guga
April 1 I had my first no AC call yesterday afternoon of the season so I hope everyone has a prosperous year in what ever kind of work we all do
Gooood work!
Good job Ryan
Try chemical guys VRP vinyl rubber and plastic protectant. Works awesome on tires and plastic trim. Lasts a few weeks here in the desert!!
The end legs might needs caps as well, if they are flat on the concrete then the water will build up inside and you'll have the same problem you were wanting to avoid
Ryan junior just amazed at the dressings you adding in your salad lol
