Okay just transferred the boiling hot rice water to another pot, put some jamaican black castor oil in cus its all I have, mixed it a little bit, now I let it sit/ferment for how long before use? Id like it to be somewhat warm bcs my hair is low porosity
What about let the rice soak a bit, then take the water off and add the essential oil? Do you think that can work? So I can still use the 🍚 thanks for sharing 🎉

@@Nyshellm yep! I usually wash my shampoo my hair first, conditioner, then spray rice water on it leave it for about 10-30 minutes then rinse it out with water. My hair grew down my back, the longest it’s ever been. Only did it 2-4 times a month. ✨

I use to do mine 3 times a week and leave it in for like a hour.
But then I would mix the rice after with leave in conditioner and never wash it out sometimes

Maybe wash the rice a little longer, and take it out. The water itself still can ferment. We are wasting that good rice otherwise 😭
That rice is literally trash, it’s enriched long grain.
Is essential oil needed? ( or is rosemary oil essential aswell?)
It helps with the smell! I believe that oil is essential to hair growth in general, but it is not necessary when making your rice water.
