So, it works fine with my new Malossi top end (v4 head, and cylinder kit). I'm also using a PM Tuning PM-80 Scomadi exhaust, on map 3. It works great, and the bike runs fine. The only gripe is that if you only watched this video, it makes it sound like the connection to the coil is simple to unclip, and put the Forcemaster in line. It is a bit of a pain, as the coil is located on the port side of the battery bay, near the rear. You can *see* it from the engine bay when the engine is removed, but removing the coil plug is near-impossible without unbolting the coil from the battery bay sidewall. The only way (at least on my GTV 300) was to remove the two nuts holding the coil. To do that, I had to loosen the floorboard, and scoot it up out of the way, and remove the coil nuts with a wobble-head socket. That requires removing the two outboard rubber floorboard strips, removing six screws, one in the battery bay, and removing the footpegs, and scooting up the floorboard to remove the nuts holding the coil in place. I spent three hours trying anything to unclip the darned coil plug to put the Forcemaster 2 in-line as required. It only takes a few minutes to loosen the floorboard, so I highly recommend doing that instead of trying to unclip the plug from the coil, as Robot says. Just FYI. Otherwise, it works just fine.

The instructions say that you have to swap the green and red wire in the injection harness. Is that correct? You don't mention it in the video.

The O2 controller seems to work. Big difference with that. Maybe use both and the Polini camshaft?

Thanks for this vid. I'm confused with regards to the setting of the 3 rev ranges. They say the orange light will be on when it's set correctly, yet it stays on green the whole time, even after numerous tests on different settings? Any suggestions?

I tried a tc02 on a gts 300 hpe and the machine was like a rocket, but it gave an error engine warning light on my vespa display after riding only 6 km :(

It seems like there’s a lot of meticulous tuning involved and other upgrades. If you did a round trip upgrade that this thing can serve, plus the dyno time Robot suggest I can see it being worth it, but as far as the amateur mechanic is solely involved, this component is no plug-n-play upgrade.
I only came across this from a polini variator description that recommends a performance muffler and a “power booster” to make the variator upgrade work. When I asked the website wtf a power booster was I was sent to this malossi force master 2
