Thanks for sharing another great widget John. Awesome, now I will need to put a GPS on my plane, lol. Oh I did modify the widget to get the Flight counter to work with my arm switch since mine needed to be up not away (reversed) That's cool for keeping track of the flight count for each craft.
Firstly, thank you for very informative content. I have a question concerning the Matek R24-D receiver. I am running the ExpressLRS telemetry widget and the R24-D receiver flashed with V3.0. However, ExpressLRS Configurator V3 doesn't offer the option for diversity antennae, only 2.5 & V2.5.1 offered that option. If I may, what ExpressLRS version are you running with the receiver and TX module to get both antennae visible in the widget? Thanks again.
3.0 offers 2400 RX R24D which is the correct firmware for the R24D. With that installed, make sure you discover new sensors. The widget requires the telemetry sensors to show data from both antennas before it will show you data within the widget.
I'm like you, I have flashed 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 and selected device R24D and I don't receive any data for RSSI #2 even after deleting all the sensors. I have the same issue with my RadioMaster RP3 Diversity...
I can't find rxbt value on my tx 16s.. how to pop it up on the value list? and also when i check on telemetry on the model set up, the values seems unread at all by the radio
Hi John, This is a question regarding telemetry when using a pixhawk controller connected to a ELRS receiver via telem1 or telem 2 port. I can see the Elrs receiver in the video piece can send telem back to the TX when connected to a converter board that has current sensor and GPS etc. So have you tried to get a pixhawk board connected to a HappyModel ES900rx. I managed to get connection and control, but try as I may, I could not get the telem from pixhawk to happymodel es900 transferring to the telemetry page on my Radiomaster. The only telem I could get back to the TX was that generated internally in the ES900 receiver. So going to the telem discoverable on the Radiomaster, that is all I can see. I guess the protocol is wrong from pixhawk to ELRS. Maybe you might like to do a piece on how-to if it is possible.
Question, when using an external elrs module and in model settings having the external RF set to crsf and the internal set to off as it's meant to be. .. what should the setting in the hardware page internal RF be set to? I have the 4in 1 version and it's set to multi, is this correct?
@@RCVideoReviews ok I'll rephrase that.. with the RM TX16s mk2 4in1 when using an external module does it matter what the internal RF on the hardware page is set to?
Hi! Sorry, I don't have any radios with OpenTX anymore, so I don't know if it will run on OTX or not. I think it will because it's pre-LVGL, but the only way to know is to try it out. Easy enough to do...You're welcome for the videos :)
I really am so lost right now. I have upgrade my Frsky R9 Module to elrs, and I have bout ( without realising that it has the build in elrs reciever) I have the radiomaster tx16s . What are my options? the drone's reciever is 2.0 Ghz is it possible to upgrade the Frsky R9M to 2.0 Ghz!? or is it possible to use my radiomaster tx16s or I have to do something else. I really apprishiate any help ( sry my bad english )
The R9M is 900MHz and cannot be changed to 2.4GHz. If your TX16s does indeed have the internal module use that. Double check that your receiver is Elrs and if not replace the Rx with a 2.4GHz Elrs Rx. When setting up your model select the internal module. Personally wouldn't bother with the R9M unless you have a bunch of models with 900MHz FrSky Rx's installed already.

Good deal. Sounds like the force is strong with your radio :)
@@RCVideoReviews so true Yoda. LOL
Awesome! I was hoping you wouldn't miss the Last GPS Position function. We're almost GPS buddies! I'm 28,-82 :)
Thanks for your work on this. Very functional and flexible widget. You guys are killing it!
Very helpful John. I like these type of videos. Keep up the good work.
Trying to keep you busy Bill :)

Sorry, I've never used Pixhawk. So I have no idea.

It doesn't matter if you have the internal module turned off in the model settings....I don't really understand your question.

Great demo and tutorial of using and installing a cool widget. 👍🤓
Thanks for watching. Definitely a cool widget for ELRS.
hello from france john, is it possible to install this widget on open tx, a big thank you for all these great tutorials
