Titus is living a truly blessed life. It doesn't get any better than this. I'd love to have this lifestyle, even tho I just turned 50. He's gonna make some lucky lady a wonderful life partner.
As of 2023 most people would think this guy is crazy but as I sit here after my soul crushing job and small city apartment I think this man is a genius
He is 100% missing out on a lot - saying otherwise is just disengious. don't get me wrong - he obviously doesn't care and I respect his choices. But not everyone wants to live like it's the 1800s. No sports, music or technology wouldn't be for me. There's even so much History you can read about with a quick Google. Titus could live a similar life without making things so difficult. Plus, he is very religious and thinks God speaks to him lol. While also living in really not clean house. There's loads of old farmers that live in my village who are similar and are miserbale because all they do is work and make life difficult. Granted, they use electricity. Eitheway, it is respectable life, but the people saying he's a genius or wharver... are deluded
This young man has made me rethink several things. As a Christian, I understand his perspective and faith, however, I realized that I have allowed the negativity of the world to blur my vision and rob me of the joy of the Lord. Titus is a wonderful example of what a joyful heart looks like!! This video is so impactful and has been a wonderful lesson for me and I’m sure for anyone that has watched it. Thanks for sharing Titus with us!
Yes,words of wisdom. We can be joyful and that helps others.Suffering is part of worldly life and it's good to have a realistic outlook.May your spiritual path blossom. From a Christian Tibetan Buddhist.❤
oh come on, with that much time at hand and 3 random books he gathered from somewhere...he knows his ways of living for sure but what hes saying could come from a 6 year old.
@@cesarflorescorrea1396 This video will be watched potentially millions of times and expose Titus' way of life to others who would otherwise not have seen it. Not everything needs to be interpreted negatively.
Titus has the supernatural peace of God! Our worldly way of life moves too quickly, causing so many distractions, making it almost impossible to stay as connected as Titus is to our Lord….even when we’re trying. 😔
I think it's because almost everybody are misinformed about what it means to truly grow up. Many believe it's casting aside everything that can be accotiated with children. To me that's nonsense. The difference between a child and an adult is adults have emotional maturity, enough wisdom to understand how the world works, and have enough knowledge to be make it on your own. Thats it, there is nothing else.
The last sentence is the most profound for me. “ if your neighbours house burns down you got the freedom to go spend few days to help them rebuild” for this to be a priority in his lif is just awesome
One of my neighbors told me they liked farming because it gave them the flexibility to help a neighbor out if needed. He was helping me out of a pickle at the time.
I've had two house fires, the first being a total loss. They didn't help us rebuild, but within a week, my dad started coming in with clothes, appliances, and helpful items from his coworkers. It's been 30 years, and I still remember the kind gestures. Compassion and kindness will always be our greatest strength.
How sad that living off the land, eating fresh healthy food and being connected to nature is seen as a ‘different’ lifestyle but living with depression, anxiety, prescription medication and fake food is normal. We’ve really messed this whole thing up. Titus is truly amazing and we have so much to learn from him 💛 So happy I found this video, what an amazing human
The life we were meant to live right from the beginning before Adam and Eve were chased out of Eden. We threw it away, so we think we're OK but actually in great suffering.
Hello from down under remote rural off grid self sufficient don't know about the horse and buggy would miss my 4wD only thing connecting me to the rat race is a telephone line I can live with that :)
Titus changed my husbands perception of life after giving Titus a ride after picking him up on the south side of Nashville one afternoon about ten years ago. He was headed home on foot after spending a month with a family helping them set up a homestead. My husband drove him into Kentucky and dropped him off on the side of the road. He took a dirt path through the woods. He said just drop me here my place is just a short walk from here.
Like many, I was entranced by Titus. Thought he was the real deal until I heard about his recent past! He was into bestiality with horses since he was 13 years old. He’s a false prophet (predicted some things that never came to fruition) and is involved with a married woman!
Titus seems like the purest and most genuine person I've ever seen. A child at heart, innocent as a lark, and kind to a fault. He must be protected at all costs.
@@mrblack5145 actually there are many many that would love to be there, i just think he is a bit too weird for them and turned them off by being a little odd...
Titus is a walking picture of Psalms 37:11."But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace." Love this! Thank you Peter for this fantastic video walk-along!
That's one of the poorest translations in the entire King James Bible, as it can be taken as "weaklings" will inherit the earth. The actual text is something closer to "warriors with restraint to keep their swords sheathed", although I think it still applies to him as he strikes me as an actual badass and true survivor.
He brings up a really good point about the Monsanto seeds that are only good for one season. What happens in an end of the world situation where you can't get any more seeds and the plants don't make seeds that reproduce anymore.
@@cortneygant2120 That may be correct as long as this Planet is an environment to live in. God bless him, live a long life brother.
Yes, not much good is left in this world and Titus is a great example of being Christlike. He gives us an insight to the type of people God wants in His kingdom and what the new earth will be like when God restores to us the Garden of Eden way of life.
And it all turned out to be a lie when he admitted in court to having sex with horses, and got people to donate to his "church building fund" which was a scam
@@ChristopherBergsten What's it actually doing for him, though? Strongly manifesting interior moral voice while living alone, not too unusual. All just interpretations of consciousness. Can sadly be hijacked by organizations, of course. Stay true, Titus.
Oh indeed. Men like that don’t need Democrats and Republicans to dictate his life and values humans as humans, doesn’t need capitalism or a church. He’s all he needs. Conservatives are too attached to their bourgeois lifestyles and amenities and talk about freedom. We see who’s free and whose not.
Philippians 4:8 KJV - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

I guess this is what it looks like when you remove outside influences. The purity of this man is astonishing. What a kind, content, beautiful soul. God bless you, brother. Amazing example of happiness 🙌
It makes me wonder whether we might not all be a little more Titus-like if we were fortunate enough to live, in terms of geography and community, as he does.
Titus story about the Holy Spirit and his horses brought tears to my eyes and the way he loves and talks about God is absolutely beautiful. Such an attractive man in such an attractive lifestyle.
Titus seems so intelligent in every way. Just in the last few seconds of the video, generously offering all his strawberries while saying that the freedom his lifestyle offers means he can just go and help his neighbours whenever he needs to as if that is one of the greatest gifts? If we were all like Titus we’d be living in a much more beautiful world.
Sadly very few could live like him, and the government and globalist groups like the WEF are working very hard to ensure nobody can live like this. They want you enslaved and controlled and dependent on the state.
I wonder why farmers are classified as dumb, some may be illiterate, most today have degrees, the most important...instinctive knowledge about their surroundings. Greetings from South Africa.
@@heezyforsheez "Washing dishes" is incredibly easy to modify in order to insure sanitization - no germs, no "bugs". A diluted bleach rinse or spray and you're as golden as gold. When I was in school, I learned you don't add a second "s" when the name ends with the letter "s" (significant to me bcuz my last name ends with the letter "s")... you still put the apostrophe tho; so it would be _"a small glimpse into Titus' world"_ 👍🏼 Cheers! 🙂
The way the horse and the dog watched him when he spoke about having a good heart was magical. I expected little birds to come and flutter around him and squirrels come out of the trees. What a lovely person. I’m glad UA-cam recommended this. ETA based on comments: It doesn’t matter what or who have inspired this man imo. We don’t need to judge his belief system. I don’t think he’d judge ours.

Titus is a precious man so few exist like him. Bro has a childish mindset to a lot of thing and yet the maturity of a grandpa 😅 just watching him do his crazy tricks, jumping/standing on horse, singing, hanging on ropes, and his smile. God bless him, live a long life brother.
I claim to be no Titus :) but I’ve always made sure that I retained my innocence through life’s adversities, and boy have I had a few! :)… and your comment reminded me of similar questions I’ve had from acquaintances.. and I’ve always thought people don’t recognize the difference between childlike and childish any more :)… because just like you also said about Titus, I’ve also been dubbed “elderly” at 19 because I’ve been an old soul as afar back as I can remember. It’s a good way to be, that seeming contradiction 😊
just seeing him get joy out of the small things in life really puts things into perspective. 99.9% of us would not even think about jumping around trees like that, or have "the coolest way to exit the barn" or swing around using that chain. This man is living his best life, it's not for everyone but it should remind us we can all find joy in our own little ways in life, whatever it may be.
Believe it or now this guy has his life in order. Very wise and I hope he finds a fitting companion. Very organic and positive outlook on life. I would love to see more of him.
This man is living a beautiful life for himself. He's intelligent, well spoken and very polite. I am so impressed with his love for God and how it spills into everything he does. Titus, you're amazing and have touched my heart! God Bless you Titus and continued success!
I love that he had a Social Security card that said “not valid unless signed” and so he didn’t sign it. What a character! Here’s hoping that a woman who has been longing for his kind of off the grid lifestyle, with a strong faith and sense of adventure comes across this video and reaches out to him.
And it all turned out to be a lie when he admitted in court to having sex with horses, and got people to donate to his "church building fund" which was a scam
Titus is certainly an impressive guy. Initially he came across as a bit of a goofball - lighthearted, charismatic, and fun loving; but the longer I watched the more I realized how intelligent he is. Thanks for sharing a bit of his life with us!
He couldn't live like he does if he was an idiot. There will all kinds of practical problems to solve all the time and in the winter it could be fatal if you don't get them sorted asap. Intelligence is such a loaded word as well. I mean, I'm very likely more intelligent then my mechanic, but I still need his help to fix my car. So who's the intelligent guy then?
I don't mean to be rude but Titus is a religious fanatic. These people lifestyle appear perfect in front of the cameras but when you're with them you understand that they live in medieval times and they've a lot of scary "dark" sides.
The world needs more Jesus, they just don't realize that. Galatians 5:22-23 KJV 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
@keltic341thoughtyouknuskii4Peter also has many videos showing how inventive and resourceful the homeless population is, full of respect and understanding, this is just a different story showing a different way of life and appreciating it for what it is, there is no need to compare, as Titus said we can let the negativity in or find a way to feel peace and fulfillment, just enjoy the video for what it is and appreciate the difference views we get to enjoy weekly.
@keltic341thoughtyouknuskii4 the difference is homeless depend on others to give them things. Titus is independent and self-sufficient. He doesn't beg from others.
Wow, as an atheist, I have a deep respect for Titus and how he holds himself. His sincerity makes him an excellent representative of Christianity. The fact that his priority is having the time to rebuild his neighbors’ home if disaster struck was truly admirable. Wonderful video. This content also breaks the stereotypes about Appalachia. I wouldn’t have expected someone to talk about the Rwanda genocide in Kentucky!
I believe that you would be surprised that the judgemental Christians who are not helping their neighbors nor being active in their communities is who you see more of but don't represent us all. I'm a Christian and aside from feeling like I should respond to this I rarely share with anyone that regularly I volunteer in helping Medical Reserve Corp especially during Covid, teach bleeding control for free on my own time and all my neighbors help each other. Be it car or home repairs, loaning each other tools or generally looking out for each other. This isn't what most people would think of for a city. Even less so in Philly. Many of those neighbors after working together on cars and socializing over the years, we all realized each of us has a slightly different sect of Christianity we follow but we also have Muslim and atheist neighbors who are treated the same. If they need help we would help. They would do the same for us. I would guess by looking at me and many of my friends you wouldn't guess Christian. Tattoos, beards, and look more like bikers ( some are) than people who have a higher calling than ourselves. I don't know if any of that makes sense. If you take time to read it I hope you see we aren't all judgemental A-holes and would help a stranger without recognition. We just are believers in Christ. Sunday Christian's on their high horse is not what should represent us. Have a great day. I really appreciate your comment.
As a non religous person I feel the same. I am in awe with him. He even plants a bunch of milkweed to help the Monarch butterfly not go instinct. I had no idea there are people as pure as him left in our world.

@@realitywave That is what I assumed too. Land is cheaper in KY than other states but it is 50 acres! If he doesnt pay a mortgage how did he pay for it? What did he do before the 8 yrs that he has been on the land ? Most people dont stop to think about the basics we need to live like running water and electricity in the bathroom to take a crap! I haven't made it to the end of the vid yet, but Titus said he bought his 50 acres. Here in the UK that would cost a fucking fortune! Does he ever say how much it cost, or how he saved however much that was? This seems nuts to me, as well as a tad misleading..
@oifocker I'm not all the way through it yet either and I didn't hear him say. I imagine it was expensive but perhaps not as much as in the UK simply because we have so so much land here in the US compared to the UK. I'll let you know if he says how much he paid.
@@BoomerElite4ugreat perspective. Yeah the average American (myself admittedly included) is completely reliant on "the system": power grids, supply chains, etc.
Right now housing is extremely inflated everywhere. Even in rural Kentucky. In 2015, not so much. The housing market was way down. We bought our home in 2016, just an acre in the city for 125,000. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, basement, garage, and shed. Titus’s parents used to be my neighbor when we lived in that area. For the land where he bought with a trailer on it in 2015, it was probably around $25,000 to $30,000. Maybe less or slightly more. It truly depends. It’s a very rural area and trailers do not increase in value, they lose value each year. He could have gotten that land much cheaper than that. 2 and 3 bedroom houses with a couple of acres were going for 50,000 to 60,000 during that time. He’s been working since he could and putting everything back. He could definitely have saved to buy the place out right. People will also cut you a deal if no realtor is involved and it’s a cash offer. Plus it’s a very close knit community, family friend could have let it go cheaper to guarantee they had good neighbors. A lot of factors to consider.
Even his horses are glowing. I love his energy and attitude. I am a nurse in a GP’s surgery and I see so many sick, depressed people who eat terrible food, are overweight, depressed, anxious, in pain, many have multiple problems. They are on numerous medicines, basically they feel rubbish! If only everyone was like him. He would be a wonderful partner and father, I hope he meets a wonderful woman.

It's interesting to watch this man life off the land that was stolen from the native Indians. All that land one person gets to live off of when so many people died to protect it. TITUS Seems nice and kind based on his conversation, and their are millions of inner city people who are kind as well, and they do not get to be this free. It's interesting and funny the way it is.

Health is wealth. People don’t realize the detriment EMFs, pesticides, junk food, and internet/TV have on their happiness. I go no phone barefoot out on my local nature path every day that I can for the last 5 years after work. Take my dogs, leave my phone, and just enjoy. I crave it all day everyday. All I think about at work is how I can’t wait to get out in nature. There’s something special about it that so many are missing
Move out to the country and you can do it too. I live in the country and there’s plenty of room for people to live clean. Plus there’s zero crime. We leave doors unlocked.
The irony is that he is so anti "socialist" but lives an extremely socialist lifestyle based on community and the rejection of capitalist culture. He is just also religious so people don't often realize this. I don't think he does either. The places he talked about were dictatorships, not socialism.

The only time I’m at peace are when I drive out into the countryside or am alone in the woods. I’m changing things today, I’m reconnecting to god and nature. I dont think hes "Challenged" by this comment, but what I was going to say is that I feel the same way about people who you can tell have a litttle itty biittty screw loose(fi i can say that) lol. I sometimes think of those people as just the purest people for how they are able to view the world. I love sort of being re-grounded when you meet some people less fortunate than yourself in whichever way.
Note: Currently there is an ongoing court case involving Titus. The court hearing can be found on UA-cam. I did not know of any of these details before filming with him. It's unfortunate, and I hope the best for all involved.

Titus has a childlike soul. It’s so rare you see adults who are able to maintain that peace and lightness and zest for life.

Titus changed my husbands perception of life after giving Titus a ride after picking him up on the south side of Nashville one afternoon about ten years ago.

Agree! So nonjudgmental & just wanting to know the heart of people. Much respect for his humble way of interviewing. Thank you, Peter.
Titus' answer to that question was incredibly wise and he articulated very well what he meant by speaking to God to the point where i feel like an atheist would've understood
I felt the same 😊
I've always loved that about Peter. He does it regardless of who the people are too (considering he's interviewed all sorts of people).
Like many, I was entranced by Titus. Thought he was the real deal until I heard about his recent past! He was into bestiality with horses since he was 13 years old. He’s a false prophet (predicted some things that never came to fruition) and is involved with a married woman!
Man I’m not religious but I could listen and learn so many life lessons from Titus when he talks about his faith and peace. The story he told about using patience with his horses was moving

I am grossed out even thinking about that! He must not get hired to "train horses" which is a highly paid skill if you are any good at it.He said he shoes horses too which is called a farrier. I highly doubt he was professionally trained to do either.
He still has to pay property taxes even if he paid cash upfront for it. I think it is his parents land and crappy old trailer. My observation is that he still acts like a little boy. Something isnt right with him.

I haven't made it to the end of the vid yet, but Titus said he bought his 50 acres. Here in the UK that would cost a fucking fortune! Does he ever say how much it cost, or how he saved however much that was? This seems nuts to me, as well as a tad misleading..
People always call it simple, but I actually think it's pretty sophisticated compared to how the average American lives their life.
❤❤❤his spirit and energy. Simplicity
Even his horses are glowing. I love his energy and attitude. I am a nurse in a GP’s surgery and I see so many sick, depressed people who eat terrible food, are overweight, depressed, anxious, in pain, many have multiple problems.
