Sofi, I would like to share with you a video that Kanami recorded and posted on the Band-Maid channel. I hope you can pull it up. While Band-Maid was touring the U.S. in 2023, they used a massive beast of a two- decked tour bus called "Beat The Streets". Each Maid had a separate berth on the bus with a curtain that gave them some privacy and kept out too much light and noise. The ever-industrious Kanami is always an early riser. Between gigs on the road, Akane texted Kanami, asking her to pull back her curtain and wake her the next day when she got up. Kanami thought she would use her phone and record Akane's reaction when she whipped back the curtain wand startled her. The next day, Kanami got up and went to Akane's berth and whipped back the curtain. Akane was laying in her berth with her eyes closed along with Misa with her eyes closed, and Saiki and Miku with their eyes closed. The four Maids looked like little kittens all snuggling together. Kanami was now the one startled and started giggling hysterically, realizing she was the one being pranked.
Those are the kind of videos shared by the Maids that really endear them to their fans. This band is not only really talented and cool, they are so much fun, because they share their lives with us.

I call Kanami " The Wonderful Little Genius".

The specific version of Daydreaming that plays at the end is an extended intro version from the 10th Anniversary Finale in Yokohama. It was absolutely epic to watch live with the maidiacs because we knew they'd likely play at least one unreleased song (they played 2) and they kept faking us out with extended intros. Even Miku got an extended intro to influencer.
Even before I had any information about Kanami, I was incredibly fascinated by her appearance and personality... Until I stumbled across Thrill for the first time, my focus was always mainly on the drums, and this was also the case in the first moments of this MV. But 4 minutes later, Kanami had already captivated me ruthlessly and that hasn't changed to this day. 🤭 A remarkable young woman who enchants me with the way she expresses her creativity. ❤🔥🤘🏻

I'm a Japanese Maidiac and a big Minchomania.😅 Japanese cultural festivals are a lot of fun. Not only are there cafes and food stalls, but it is also an opportunity for students to show off their hobbies and favorite things in the gymnasium and classrooms. I also have great memories of playing guitar in a band with like-minded friends at cultural festivals in junior high school, high school, and university. Anyone can come and see the show, so please come and see it if you have a chance.🤗

i watched the original release.... my eyes were itchy. You're my first reaction to this Vid... My eyes were so itchy that water appeared. We all say that every member of Band-Maid is irreplaceable...and it's true...... but I really do think that Kanami is the key...... she is a genius.

One of Mincho's charms is her extreme duality, like 'Gigil and Hyde'.
Her fluffy, loose, gentle and warm personality makes it hard to imagine her "intense and hot passion", which is not easy to believe until you witness it.
She is full of special elements that you can't believe until you witness them.
The 'guitar-playing act with teeth' and 'cymbal kicks' that will knock the audience's guts out, and the occasional sharp, fierce expression and performance that resembles a demi-god.
She is a "natural idiot" and a "genius" at the same time, a "thief of souls" who steals the souls of her listeners by hiding spirits in the sounds, and a "saviour of souls" who heals the troubles and sorrows of her listeners.
These are all true.
I have always felt that there is a 'metaphysical sound' lurking in her music. And she plays metaphysical objects 'in this world'.
She seems to be guiding and spreading the sounds of God's world to the world of man.
A delightful, friendly and benevolent goddess ... I believe it.

I know you ❤❤❤ Daydreaming so was waiting for your reaction at the end of Kanami-chan's beautiful intro to the song. It was priceless and hit many of us the same way the first time we heard it 🙀😿😻. Ohrenje did a wonderful job showing us what a special person she is 🥰💚.

The thing I love about Kanami is she is brilliant, and isn't trying to be someone else. Except for Mincho. And doesn't preach politics.
