Every Summer After was definitely one of my top favorites if not my actual favorite this year. I definitely understand what you mean about your mind sometimes just wandering back to it and being like, "what a good book"
Yes, definitely! To me, it was more of a realistic romance which I think is why it made more of an impression. Not everything was sugar coated or happy but rather working through real issues
Loved this! Have you read Malibu rising? I read that one this summer, and it’s my current favorite TJR. I liked Daisy Jones a lot too. I believe the category for the Anthropocene reviewed is essay collection.
Yes, I read it last summer! It was good, but still couldn't top Daisy Jones for me! I formed some kind of unbreakable bond with that book & I'm afraid of what I'll become once the show airs March 3 LOL
I have got to get to Gentle & Lowly in the new year!
So happy to see a video from you!!!
Oh my gosh Addie LaRue is my FAVORITE of all time! I’m so glad you loved it!
Ooo I haven’t seen that cover for chaos of standing still! It’s cute!
You read so many good books this year !! This was a great video 🥰🥰
I know, 2022 did me right as far as the books I chose to read! Thank you!!
The Crawdads movie was one of my favorites this year. 🥹
I loved My Dark Vanessa and Where the Crawdads Sing! ❤️📚both amazing reads!

It had its faults for sure, but it certainly made a lasting impression that not every book does!

Happy to have a video from you and totally didn't mind the length. You could have even gone into more detail of each book haha 😄
Aw thank you! Lol definitely a long-winded talker here
I loved Addie Larue! I need to try her backlist titles!
YES read Vicious!! It was my first VE Schwab book years ago, and I loved it - friends-to-enemies concept done very well, imo
Proud of you for reading so many books. I thought Bunny was very strange but also very good. I hope therapy is helping and you're doing well.
Bunny was sooo bizarre! & thank you!
I missed yooooooou! 🥹♥️ Please tell me this is a sign you’re coming back to booktube more soon!

I hated one Italian summer!! 🙄
like whyyyy did the MC have to do that? and then justify it in the end?? couldn't root for her at all 🤷
You so nicest friend everytime
I just wonder if reading these books doesn’t affect your walk with the Lord..
A court of silver flames was top notch!! But yes….SO MUCH smut 😂🫣
hahaha def had enough smut for, like, four separate books 💀
