The state of california bought a shit ton of CVPI's back in the day, I believe they have like 200 or so crown vics sitting in a lot somewhere waiting to be driven lol, all brand new still
Happy new year Zach! Good video as always! You caught so many of Crown Vics in service compared to your previous complication! Love that 3 row Slicktop at 5:41 responding, something you'll find only on LAPD on December of 2023, not to mention the old 2003 slicktop at 1:15 and 2005 traffic unit (with LED lightbar) at 4:25, Definitely my favorite of all of your complication. Let's see how many years LAPD will keep using them, we were suprised to see they still used them in 2020, let alone now. Hope it's not so soon.
1:08 Love how that first unit in the 2020 FPIU directed traffic to "move to the right" over the loudspeaker! Amazing catch! LAPD never fails! Also, 4:14 that's very rare for a Chevy Coloarado to be a police vehicle, especially for the LAPD! Literally such amazing catches! Hope you have a great New Year!
LAPD's Crown Vics are never gonna die apparently, so many still running strong.
YOU SPEAKING FACTS

Can they change the lights system or will they keep it the same?

The Colorado is a Venice beach unit
Nice video! It's nice to see that LAPD still has the Crown Vics in service! I sure hope they stay in the LAPD fleet forever!
I really hope so too, especially the old school ones with the rotating lights
I’ve never seen footage of the Colorado’s in action, nice
