Fields of Fire is a solitaire game of commanding a rifle company between World War II and Present Day. The game is different from many tactical games in that it is diceless and card based. There are two decks used to play. The units of the company are counters representing headquarters elements, squads, weapons teams, forward observers, individual vehicles or helicopters. A single playing is a mission and several missions from an historical campaign are strung together for the player to manage experience and replacements.

Awesome, guys! Thank you so much for doing this playthrough. It has really helped me cement the rules in my head and I've finally been able to get through a few missions. Working on mission 3 and the patrols currently. It's taken 4 attempts over the course of a year to get to this point. Hope to see more FOF from you guys!

The plan, after my brother returns from vacation, is to return to FoF, but not to Normandy. It's been a long time since I played anything but Normandy and I am really looking forward to that!
