As a new agent and you bring up how many more people your going to find that could bring a buyer from door knocking the area. What do I say if they ask the question so how many buyers have you personally found for your listings from door knocking? When you are just starting out and have not done none?

If your part of a team or group use everyone’s numbers and change the verbiage from I to we. Use the team or brokerage numbers

The gentelman explaining his tactics lost me. First, throwing negative comments on other realtors and second telling me how he pounds the phones. I'm almost at a point where I don't like him - and I don't even know him. Not sure I would go with this way of attacking others to get someone's biz.
