It really is one of the most difficult services to receive because you can't read the spin of the ball and that's why the receiver ends up making a mistake and the ball goes into the net or out.
There are controversies regarding whether Yoshimura's service is legal or illegal due to the position of his body when performing the service. When he lifts the ball, his head hides it and the opponent doesn't see the ball, so it's difficult to know which way the ball will land on the table.

insane detailed explanation ! cant wait to try this on my next session! Iam using also my own distracting fake moves , but than i barley get good quality spin . But by opponents already have trouble reading the serve . even if it doesnt even has any spin ^^. Just makes so much more fun to serve with fake motions :D

Very good explanation and it also shows why this serve is actually close to illegal: the ball is intentionally thrown in a non-vertical path and it is hidden by the head during part of the trajectory. Contact is made close to the face which makes it hard to tell if there's a 3rd violation, being the contact point not visible.

Cho hỏi cách ứng dụng mặt đen mặt đỏ như thế nào?
Dạ chỉ là phân biệt màu để dễ nhận biết người chơi gai hoặc mút ạ, còn khi 2 mặt mút cùng loại , màu đen màu đỏ công dụng như nhau ạ.
Ti Long cho hỏi tại sao bình thường đối phương đánh bóng cao sát lưới đập (đạp ruồi) lại không xuống bàn?

It s a simple side spin but not horizontal, oblique.
This serve isnt same like Yoshimura's, u have almost same move, but the end is totally different and you show variant with side spin not with back spin what is much more effective, also same move for spin to forward. I really like inconvencional servs and with huge spin, this is what im looking for from top players but this guide is just like for normal side spin serve from corner.

Yes, the secret is hiding the ballcontact, not nice nor legal. Also with the FZ serve tuturial, throwing the ball too much backwards into the body for it to be a legal serve. Otherwise your videos are top notch!
I think the ITTF umpire is very strict, if it's not legal Yoshimura will lose the point, the rule is that contact with the ball must not be covered by anything, but athletes before making contact with the ball they are allowed
