Today we skate S4shko's Schoolyard map in Session, which has the two legendary skate spots, Clipper and the Carlsbad Gap. We mainly focus on the Carlsbad gap and go down memory lane while skating this legendary skate spot which no longer exists.

With the dual stick controls, each stick represents one of your feet. You will need to learn how to control them and transfer weight, just like on a real skateboard. The physics have been developed with a focus on realism, smoothness and immersion. THE 1990S AND SKATE CULTURE
Inspired by the golden age of street skating - the 1990s - Session: Skate Sim lets you experience true skateboarding and its culture: no scoring system; just you, your spot and your imagination! There's no need for judges to tell you that your noseslide or varial heelflip are perfect for this spot. And because certain locations are iconic, the developers have added several of them to the game for you to skate in and express your creativity, including Black Hubbas (New York City), Brooklyn banks (New York City), FDR Park (Philadelphia) and many other spots.

Skating and pulling off the best lines in the best spots is one thing, but if no one is there to film it, it didn't really happen… In Session: Skate Sim, you can film with a 1990s filter or fisheye lens, and you can use the video editor to create your clips and share them. You can play with multiple options, including changing the field of view, time of day, filters, and different camera views (tripod, orbit, etc.). Session: Skate Sim also offers the chance to go from skater to filmmaker: pull off your moves then go into film mode to experience the action from the point of view of your camera operator and create the best clip.
CUSTOMIZATION
Show off your style with an extensive customization system for your skater and skateboard. By completing challenges, you earn money to spend in skate shops. You can find nearly 200 items (hoodies, shoes, caps, T-shirts, trousers, etc.) from top brands, such as Fallen, Zero, GrindKing, Thankyou, HIJINX Net, Antilanta, Roger Skate CO, No-Comply, iDabble and others. You can also customise your skateboard with over 250 parts, such as wheels, trucks and many other components from famous brands like, No-Comply, GindKing, Thankyou and many others. In addition to the design aspect, the components (trucks, riser pads, wheels…) impact the way you skate. Find the right ones for your style and shred the most iconic spots!

I can't wait to skate the legendary Brooklyn Banks! Skated there IRL back in 2011 before it got torn down. I already pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition for Switch!
Got it this morning and was the first spot I skated! So fun!! Was doing rock to Fakies on the plywood on the stairs just like I did IRL!

@@businessnisha1 the graphics suck but the gameplay is SO FUN! I love it!! I already have more hours (over 200) than any other game on my Switch and I’ve had the Switch since 2020 so I’ve already spent so much time in this game. Best skateboarding game I’ve ever played!
to read "do you remember Carlsbad" is insane to me, i didn't realize how old i am. i was there for the last jam session before it got torn down. gotta get this map.
There is another Carlsbad Gap map and it's awesome.

I’d call it over crook cuz if it was on a square rail I’d be over crook. It’s kinda hard to balance a straight nosegrind on a circle rail. 5-0 are a little easier to do straight up on circle rails. U jus lean on that back heel and keep it straight up

Antwauwn Dixon Nollie heelflip is the best trick to skating out of the stairs gap!
Didn't know you don't use manual catch. I think it feels so much better with it
only problem i have with the map is the run up for the gap i feel you cant get enough speed

I'm a long time skater but very very new to gaming and I'm asking this genuinely, I only have a PS4 but I've been playing the fuck out of session but hate that there's no LA levels and I don't know shit about gaming so do I need a online PC setup to game like that or can I get that done with my PS4 some way? Please help guys lol
This is a modded map which you can only download and get on PC, as a console player were stuck with default maps
