Iphone 11 Mic not working? (Best Method)

- When you try phoning and people can't hear you the mic may be the problem. The bottom mic is connected to the charging ports. See part below.
This will also fix any issues of your phone not charging because the bottom mics are on the lightning charging port of the iphone.
This repair takes about 2 hours, requires stable hands and good eye sight.

I have a iphone 11 pro i managed to remove the speaker grill on the bottom left and a few weeks later my mic started acting up and now there is no sound on the iphone either, could this be because of this part being damaged? I can not adjust the sound on the phone either it is alost like it doesnt recognize any speakers on the phone so i cannout adjust volume or anything.

Hello i am a facing issues in phone calls as well as voice memos and sometimes in siri also

Hey maybe you can help me. I had some water below my phone on my sink and yesterday the sound of my voice recording seemed very dull and faint, but now if I try to record a voice memo there is only a dull sound in the beginning and nothing else after that. I tried restarting my phone, but I am not sure if the problem is hardware or software related, because I thought the phone was to a degree waterproof?
Also how come if the phone has more than one mic can the sound not work at all if the water only touched the one on the bottom?
I also have the sound problem in every other app so I don’t think it’s the apps fault.
I would appreciate any form of advice, thank you!
water can easily get into the phone , use a hair dryer to heat it up a bit at the bottom or put it in a bag of rice

Hello, may i ask, i have a problem with the bottom microphone, i blew some compressed air in it and now it requires me to yell for people to hear me. Will replacing this fix the problem? I do not seem to see from the video where the microphone is. Thanks...

Oh man I did the same and mic not working Any more very noisy now. I replace the charging port to new one but mic still bad . I did test at apple store and they told me U cant fix this issue . Need to replace phone

@@Spiritualwarfare587 it may be a cheap spare part, i had the same problem, spent about 10$ for new port, went fine for a while, now it's shitty again. I will update as soon as i get the new expensive part that i ordered.

there is more then one mic in your phone this repair should fix it.
what is the benefit of the left holes beside the charging port on the frame ! ? for shape only to make it semi metric ?

help, i accidentally splashed some water on my iPhone 11's microphone/speaker and I used a toothbrush to clean it because i thought it was dust. now when i try to record all i hear is this like blowing air into the mic sound and voices sound very very faint, and i haven't downloaded any suspicious apps or links.
This is my current problem right now I think, did you ever find a solution?

I have problem with mic I did replace the charging port but the mic is very low and noisy . Didn’t help replacing charging port
there is more then one mic on you phone there is another one at the top.
How difficult do you think this replacement would be for a beginner?
I would say hard, but if you have 3 hours and go slow and take lots of photos you should be able to do it.
@@NewsonsElectronics yeah, we all start somewhere. I take a blank sheet of paper each time, draw and outline of the phone and then put the screws in the same general area they are on the phone. That way when i put it back together, I don't get the screws mixed up. The most important part is having the right tools.
Please help! My kid dunked my iphone12, bottom of the phone 1st, in a petroleum jelly. Speaker is now so much quieter than normal, when talking on the phone, the other line can barely hear me. I brought it to a cellphone repair and he replaced the charging port. Now everything is working but I found out that when doing video call, the other end can’t hear me. But can hear me on audio call. What do you think is wrong?
Take it back to the guy you got it fix and say there is an issue.

there are two mics inside your phone so when you use some apps it uses the top mic but when you record it could be using the bottom mic. what you can do is over to bottom holes for the mic and do a voice recording to determine what mic is defective. then replace that mic.

Hey have the problem that the microphone only works with video recordings. When making calls, it just doesn't work in loudspeaker mode. It doesn't work with Whatsapp, Insta and Snapchat either. I found out that a Whatsapp audio only works if you record a video beforehand. Any idea what it could be?
it's a bad mic, it seems to still work in your apps because there is more then one mic inside your phone
could also be some dirt in it

Hello my microphone works while doing voice memo and also making videos but when I make calls they don’t hear me but hear me while on speaker. I can hear a noise while making calls and when I put my mouth very close to the mic below they can hear my voice a little but Voice memo works very well

So I replaced my mic with the part that you posted. Now my WiFi and Bluetooth aren’t working well

Strange, my microphone made a loud hissing sound and not picking my voice, until i place the phone on the wireless charger and suddenly the microphone works perfectly!
