    I played long time,also croatian 1st league, then i ended up in wheelchair and played long time with anti spin..you have to take the ball straight after it jumps up from table..but a good offensive player kicks your ass easy if you use it..its a good thing for people with disabilty, wheelchair players..but honestly every 2nd league pro kicks your ass if you use it..attack attack...

    Very nice! Low trajectory on the blocks but not much back spin (did you try this anti on your regular blade?). How did you manage no spin balls?
    BTW your opponent has a tremendous wrist, great feeling!

    • @AndreaAschi
      @AndreaAschi  2 роки тому +8

      Hi Joachim, happy to hear from you again!
      As you noticed spinreversal is not the best (my carbonado setup has way better reversal) but the control and the ability to make blocks close to the net is interesting!!
      I will soon try an harder sponge 😉
      Fast no spin balls are difficult to control with a blade with a such low throw.
      At the beginning i did a lot of mistakes. Then I started to have a bit of regularity holding the racket perpendicular to the table with 0 wrist motion and elbow down. (Like the block at 3:58, is a different block movement i'm experimenting).
      Need more training hours! 😁 bye

    Can you tell what effect comes when a loose ball ( no spin ball ) come on the anti spin rubber ?? what type of spin comes in the reply?

  • @Diabolosyl
    @Diabolosyl 2 роки тому +1

    so you left the Neubauer? Could tell me why ? I find the ABS2 interesting but it would ask me a lot of work to replace the long pimple OX and it is also heavier.

    • @AndreaAschi
      @AndreaAschi  2 роки тому

      I chose vortex because I wanted to try a different antispin on the new blade...but my official setup remains the one with ABS.
      The choice between anti and OX LP depends on the style you would like to have...anti it's more a passive rubber. With LP you have better attacking possibilities (in my opinion)

    • @Diabolosyl
      @Diabolosyl 2 роки тому

      @@AndreaAschi Thanks, looking at your videos, I think we have almost the same style of game. I return with the backhand, block or defend depending on the speed of the opponent and I attack with the backhand on pushed balls as with the LP you can't do a lot of other things against this. But Lp are not annoying as before and are less regular too.

    • @AndreaAschi
      @AndreaAschi  2 роки тому

      Hi Benny!
      I tried the stiga cybershape with a TSP curl p-h (1.5mm) doing defense away from the table. Initially I had a little difficulty, then by adjusting the movement I was able to chop with decent regularity and a lot of backspin.
      The frame itself is pretty stiff so it's not ideal for that kind of playstyle but if you have a good sensibility you can definitely try it for a modern defense style. 😉

      Lo Stiga è un telaio veloce ed ha una parabola molto bassa quindi è ottimo per tirare forte con il diritto. Queste caratteristiche sono utili anche per il gioco di antispin anche se il controllo non è dei migliori. Non è adatto per principianti giocatori di anti.

    • @AndreaAschi
      @AndreaAschi  2 роки тому +1

      I hope the video did not disappoint your expectations! 😉
      The red sponge in this case is good because cybershape is fast and with a low throw, so you need a very dampening sponge to be able to do slow blocks close to the net.
      The downside is spinreversal...weaker than my original setup (ABS/pink sponge).
      I think anti on this blade is definetly playable, but for beginners there are safer and cheaper blades to use with anti.
      I was interested in trying cybershape also for the forehand side. (Anti is not the only reason why i win matches😉)
      I need more training for fully undestand if this combo is better than my Carbonado one. 👍

    Quello che non ho capito è come aprire le palle lisce (o leggermente superiori) invece: quali sono il punto d'impatto ed il movimento conveniente per questo colpo difficile ma utile
    a variare il gioco per passare dalla difesa all'attacco. Mi dai un'opinione o un suggerimento? Grazie

      Buonasera Mario! Purtroppo antispin con un minimo di grip come la Super Anti non le ho mai provate a lungo quindi non ne conosco la tecnica.
      Io tra l'altro uso l'anti senza attrito molto passivamente, se mi arriva una palla liscia o legg. superiore faccio sempre un movimento di polso (in stile muretto con puntino lungo) per buttarla semplicemente di la. Non la aggredisco mai perchè non sono in grado di controllarla con continuità.

      Ciao Marco! Il tuo nome mi ricorda un ragazzo con cui ho condiviso uno stage nel 2010 a Castel Goffredo. Sei tu? ;)
      L'antispin é una Spinlab Vortex2, la vende Saturno (negozio TTSaturn).

    vortex 2 vs vortex 1 ?

    • @AndreaAschi
      @AndreaAschi  2 роки тому

      I tried vortex 1 once with a hard sponge so i'm not able to make you a good comparison.
      Vortex 2 topsheet is lighter and a little bit softer.
      it seemed to me that it has less spinreversal but better control, but maybe changing sponge changes everything. I need more time to understand fully this rubber! 😉

    Stiga has a weird logic in blades. If its not smaller than usual head size blades its that.

      They are good at selling blades!
      It's their only concern. 😉

      @@AndreaAschi yup that is why most including me stopped using stiga and used Butterfy or Double Happiness as its headsize is normal or semi larger.

    Why exactly is this the „right way“?

    • @AndreaAschi
      @AndreaAschi  2 роки тому +2

      Because no one use cybershape in this way. The title is ironic.
      it is an attempt to convert people to antispin world. 😉

      @@AndreaAschi Cybershape is just a Blade nothing special. Like Carbonado or whatever. By the title I thought you compare different angles of the blocks and how to hold the racket to get most effective blocks. Like head down or held upwards. Or a comparison why especially this shape is good or bad for anti.

    What is the interest of such a game ? Do they cover their shortcomings with overlays ? (spikes, antispins) Go to a coach and learn how to play, shame on you.
